A fantastic property in a quaint, tranquil, authentic Mexican town. We lived here for 5 months and enjoyed everyday. The home is a great design with incredible views. The flora and fauna were awe-inspiring.

You can feel the seclusion of the private compound that makes up this 4 structure property. Our favorite retreat was the lower palapa with hammock, table and chairs, fan and water fountain.

Everything you need is walking distance or water taxi ride away.

The housekeeper and gardener are great people and very helpful

We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would consider buying in the immediate area someday

We were blessed with a wonderful vacation at "Casablanca." From the minute we stepped through the main door and were greeted by the most amazing view and gardens, we knew we had picked the perfect getaway location. The accommodations were very comfortable and it was fun to discover new colorful rooms with beautiful things to look at inside and out. The hardest part of the trip was deciding on which palapa or patio we would sit to enjoy our cocktails and meals. Our time flew by as there are so many places to visit just a few minutes away, and the food everywhere was outstanding and inexpensive. John and Vicki have done a marvelous job in making this a special home away from home. Thanks guys!

Colimilla is a quiet village with several restaurants and located adjacent to the 5 star Grand Isla Navidad Resort in the beautiful Costalegre coast in Mexico.

There is fast, easy and inexpensive water taxi service across quiet lagoon waters to the nearby town of Barra de Navidad. Barra has shopping, numerous bars and restaurants, and is located on Playa Navidad, a beach that extends 2 miles to the nearby fishing village of Melaque.

The Grand Isla Navidad Resort golf course is located less than a mile away, and the marina is less than 1/2 mile away.

Fishing opportunities range from small panga charters to sportfishing outfitters on larger boats. Fish caught in the area include tuna, sailfish, dorado, wahoo, and marlin. Several fishing tournaments are held throughout the year.
