“The Cache” is Copper Mountain’s newest luxurious town home development in Union Creek at Copper Mountain. It offers a sense of seclusion and a feeling of being “away from it all”, and yet it is just steps to Union Creek, and a very short walk to Copper’s Center Village. This perfect location is right near the School House Ski School and the new high speed Union Creek chair lift, as well as all the winter and summer activities that the Copper Village offers. One can also ski easily to the American Flyer and American Eagle lifts.

Our Platinum rated unit is located on the first floor of Cache Building 3. With the convenience of an attached indoor heated garage, guests have no stairs to contend with, and can simply open the front door and take just a few steps to the surrounding path system and the bridge over Ten Mile Creek. This 1750 square foot 3 BR 3 Bath, one level town home is very upscale with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV, and views of the Gore Range, the Ten Mile Mt. Range, and the private courtyard. There is a king size bed in the master suite, and a queen size bed in the second suite. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size lower level bed and the living room has a couch that opens to a queen bed.

About The Owner

My husband and I grew up in Brooklyn, New York. The best decision we ever made was to move to Colorado in 1973 and be able to raise our family and both work and play in such beautiful surroundings. We have three grown children and 2 adorable grandchildren and we all participate in so many of the outdoor activities that are right at our fingertips. Now that my husband and I are both retired, our main recreational activities revolve around summer and winter sports available to us so near to our home. We are so fortunate!

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2009

Why The Owner chose Northwest

After looking at numerous resort areas, we chose Copper because it met all of our needs. It is conveniently located, so close to Denver. It also allows us to park our car and not have to drive anywhere until we go home. If we choose to leave the Copper area and go to nearby towns, that's fine, but typically we find everything we need right within the Copper resort, including winter sports as skiing, snowboarding, sledding, etc., summer sports as biking, hiking, climbing wall, children's activities, etc., restaurants, and entertainment. It's a perfect place for us to relax and have the things we love to do so convenient to us. We again, are so fortunate.

What makes this townhome unique

We do it all. We ski with our family. Copper is the perfect Mountain, perfect for beginners as well as expert. Lessons are also conveniently located to our unit. The trails for snowshoeing and cross country skiing are also right out our front door, and we could go for miles. Usually we walk to the nearby restaurants, and enjoy the Center Village activities such as fireworks and entertainment. In the summer we love to bike and hike, and again, all is right out the door.

Perfect location and lots of room

This lovely condo was well cared for and was perfect for our first time family skiing. Our children are small and attended ski school and took lessons. This condo was within walking distance of the west slope which made it easier to walk to and very convenient to come back for lunch! Great bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Recommend to anyone with families of any age. Owners were very accommodating and helpful in helping us have a great experience! We will be returning.

Kind, attentive and reasonable owners, a refreshing combination!

The townhouse is beautiful and well laid out, and we loved the location. Most importantly, however, was the treatment we received from the owners. They were attentive to our needs as renters, easy to communicate with regarding our concerns and turned our stay into an exceptional experience. Based on that alone, I would highly recommend this property.

Great Times with Family and Friends

Thank you to Sandi Ogin for a wonderful experience at Copper Mountain. This was our first visit to the great state of Colorado and the unit we stayed in made our ski trip worth it's weight in gold. The unit was clean and comfortable for 2 family's of 4. We also had a great time in the spacious kitchen which thankfully due to it's proximity to the slopes we used for all 3 meals! The childrens ski school was literally a 3 minute walk and as stated earlier we could almost ski back to the steps of the townhome through a backtrail I found on our second day skiing. (Wish I would have seen it sooner and saved the $$ I spent at the lodge for lunch!) Thanks again to the Ogin family for the candor and help in making this a memorable experience.
