Wildflower 63 is a very short distance away from the Village Mall, Sage Springs Club & Spa and Sunriver Lodge. Renovations to this property include new carpeting in April 2011, very well stocked kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line GE Profile stainless steel appliances including convection oven. There is new tile flooring in the entry and kitchen, and the upstairs powder room has been renovated. Enjoy a natural wood burning fireplace in the living room. Large Propane BBQ on the deck makes grilling a pleasure. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD, and a combination 3 CD player, radio and tape player. Flat screen televisions with DVD's are provided for both bedrooms as well as an iPod docking station/clock radio in each. Great Condo, definitely would rent again!!

My family including my older patents stayed at this condo over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We had a great experience. There was no bad odor as I had read in previous reviews. It was clean and well equipped with dishes to cook or Thanksgiving dinner. Very nice to have the fireplace and lots of wood.

The location is perfect for walking to the Village and Shark. Also it is located further out than the other condos so you feel very private. Lots of common area lawn for our dogs to play. It was great to have the lodge transportation to take us to different place in Sunriver.

We all agreed this is a great condo to come back to.

Yuck

Avoid this place at all costs. The description on VRBO is very old and not at all accurate. First, it stinks. Mildew, mold, dust, rot, cig smoke. Then, it has just a few windows and only on two sides of condo. No cross breeze, no good way to air out the odor. This also makes it very hot and it is equipped with only old, weak box fans that are unable to stand. The porch is super small and has only cracked, plastic, not-even-Walmart-quality chairs. No place outside to eat, sit, enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen has nice, new counter and appliances --but is poorly equipped and has almost nothing needed for real cooking. Not that you would want to eat inside this gross place anyway! Bathrooms are 30-plus years old and also smell. Bedding, towels, etc are Motel 6 quality at best. Everything is cheap, dirty, worn, smelly. Couch so filthily it is not fit for a dog let alone people. A HUGE rip off. So bad, we'll likely leave rather than stay. There is no excuse for Sunriver to call this "deluxe". Every dollar they earn on every rental of this dump is stolen.

Owner's Response: We are sorry that this unit did not meet your expectations but we are happy that we were able to get you moved to another unit for the remainder of your stay. Although it can get warm during the summer, we have provided 4 box fans and one smaller desk fan to help when the temperatures outside rise. They are all in working order and our housekeeping department can provide additional fans if needed. In checking the patio furniture that we supply, it was found to be in almost perfect condition. We were only able to find a small chip in one chair and our property management team has been made aware so that it can be replaced. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, skillets, utensils, and other items needed to prepare any meal. Our housekeeping department is also well stocked with additional kitchen items if this home does not provide certain items you prefer. This unit is older and does have a slight smell associated with having the windows closed between guests, but the furniture itself does not seem to have an odor. We truly hope that you consider returning to Sunriver in the future and have a great rest of your stay!

Quiet and private with a great view of the golf course

The location of this condo is great. It is close to the Village and the SHARK and has some great views. The condo was exceptionally clean however the couches have a funky/musty odor. The odor was bothersome to where we had to leave the sliding door open to air out the living room several times a day. Also, the frying pans are in desperate need of replacement- we ended up not using them because the non stick coating was peeling off so badly. Everything else was great and we really enjoyed the stay.

Wildflower 63 in Sunriver Resort

This was our first time to Sunriver and our friends recommended staying in the Wildflower area. What a fantastic recommendation. We luckily found Wildflower 63. The condo was clean. Has a nice modern kitchen and plenty of space for a family of four. The owners of the condo do a great job of keeping the unit in good shape. It is located in a great location on the 13th green (par 3), near the new SHARC aquatic center, near the village. Don't forget to bring your bikes. Once you arrive at Sunriver you don't need your car as the entire property is connected by bike paths. Our daughter officially began riding her bike during our stay which made it even more special. It was such a great experience we reserved #63 for two weeks next summer.
