Private parking in front of the accommodation. The property consists of a manor house and an outbuilding. The garden is in common with the guests of the outbuilding (ITM 226). The owners live on the 1st floor of the main building with private access and private outdoor area behind the house. Fenced property with electric entrance gate. The beach is just a few minutes walk along the boardwalk.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung und nette Vermieter

Wir haben hier 1 Woche mit 2 kleinen Kindern verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die Heizung hat super funktioniert (war im November teilweise notwendig) und der Garten war wunderschön. Die Kinder konnten überall herumlaufen und hatten viel Spaß mit den Vermietern, den Katzen und dem Hund. Die Tiere sind sehr lieb, aber als Hinweis an alle mit einer Tierhaarallergie: sie laufen frei im Garten herum. Die Küche ist klein und ausreichend ausgestattet, evtl. könnte man noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Dosenöffner, Toaster, Schneidebrett und Schneidemesser nachrüsten. Da wir ein scharfes Messer dabei hatten, hat es für uns gereicht :). Ein kleiner Strand ist zwar fußläufig zu erreichen, der liegt aber direkt an der Straße und läd nicht unbedingt zum baden ein. Zu einkaufen muss man nach Porto Santo Stefano fahren, was knapp 10 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall ein Auto, auch um Ausflüge zu machen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Sandro und Paola für den schönen Urlaub bei ihnen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Viele Grüße von Florian und Julia aus Berlin.
