For both short and long-term stays, this ground floor apartment in a triplex building offers everything you need to feel at home. The recently remodeled kitchen is packed full of all the gadgets, dishes and cookware you need to whip up a meal at the end of the day, and you’ll feel spoiled doing it, thanks to the brand new granite counter tops and floors, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.
The living and dining area are bright and airy, with modern white furnishings, bamboo flooring, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead to two separate private patios. This triplex is located right near the 10 & 405 interchange. Being less than 5 miles from the beaches of Santa Monica and yet only 3 miles from UCLA, 2.5 miles from Century City and Beverly Hills and walking distance to the Westside Pavilion - the location is ideal.
