The house is located separately on the 3000 square meter, very well maintained and fenced residential land of the landlord in a quiet location in the district Rechlin Nord. The marina with boat rentals and restaurants as well as the Aviation Museum is about 800 meters away. The Müritz with swimming is about 100 meters away. The approximately 70 square meters large house is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture, seating area, flat screen TV, radio, a bedroom with double bed and guest bed to deliver, a kitchen with electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, div. Kitchen appliances, dining area and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer. The bathroom is a walk-through room. The house has central heating and insect screens in front of the windows. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Also available for use: furnished terrace, sun loungers, outdoor fireplace, bicycle storage, parking and bicycles for hire (2.50 EUR / day). The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, Pets (if applicable), Bicycles (if applicable). Rechlin is a resort on the south bank of the Müritz and belongs to the outskirts of the Müritz National Park. The small towns Robel Mirow and are about 10 km away.
