About Connie and Chris

We are proud to call this cabin ours! We take pride in giving each guest a great stay. Our 3 grown children and their families visit the cabin as often as we do! We raised our family in Northern Virginia but we now call Southern Virginia home. I love to hike, especially Mt LeConte (check our facebook page for pictures of that hike) and run the trails of Gatlinburg along the river.

Connie and Chris purchased this cabin in 2005

Why Connie and Chris chose Sevierville

We absolutely love the Smokey Mountains and have always felt called to come back each time we visited. We decided to have the best of both worlds, having a place we could stay and also provide a warm and inviting cabin for others to feel just as much at home as we do.

What makes this cabin unique

This cabin is made to feel like home in the mountains!

Guestbook comments from the owner

We enjoyed the fall activities closeby, went to the Christmas shop, outlets, and ate awesome food at the Old Mill and The Apple Barn. We even had time for a little hiking outside Gatlinburg. Cabin was decorated beautiful for the fall season, we enjoyed sitting on the rear deck in the cool air and just having some much needed quiet time. Lots of upgrades done at the cabin that are not in the pictures yet! Had a great time.

Love My Time Here

  • 5 of 5

I have stayed at this cabin many times and have loved every visit. My favorite thing... the beautiful views on the back while I drink morning coffee!

Loved this Place!!

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved this place. It felt just like being "home." I would NEVER get a hotel room again, if I could get this cabin. It is close to many attractions, but it seems like you are so far away from all the hustle and bustle. It is super clean and oh so comfortable and the view is amazing . It did take us a while to adjust to the roads as we live in a area where the land is flat. It was a little scary the way the road keeps going up and up and the cabins are so close you think someone is going to run into them. This cabin is situated so that when others are coming down the hill, they have to drive around the cabin and your parked car, which is right in front of the cabin, and not towards it like others in the area. We got used to it after a couple days. Do NOT hesitate in renting this place, you will NOT regret it. Just make sure everyone takes one car because that is all there is room for or maybe two super small cars. Love the fact you can wash and dry your clothes, so you don't have to pack so much also. We will definitely be back here.

Relaxing and peaceful

  • 5 of 5

It was very relaxing and peaceful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location; close to town, but far enough out to of town to have that quiet peaceful wilderness feel. We will definitely be coming back.

The perfect size cabin for the 4 of us

  • 5 of 5

We fell in love with this cabin the moment we saw the pictures. I never thought it was possible but we fell even more in love with it the moment we pulled up. We have decided that this is our cabin & will be booking it for future trips. The owners made the whole process easy from requesting to rent to checking out. The neighbors were also really friendly and made sure that we were well taken care of for the weekend. I will definitely be renting this cabin in the future.

Clean & Comfortable

  • 5 of 5

Great location, away from the hustle & bustle of the strip. However, the strip is only a few minutes drive away. Arrived to a clean home and found all the provided items sufficient for 3 nights stay. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring the area. We took a trip to Cades Cove, Gatlinburg & rented a pontoon to spend the day on Douglas Lake.
