3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Townhome Ideal for Extended Vaction, Temp or Corporate Housing

Comfortable and spacious condo, fully furnished and well appointed, located very conveniently 2 BLOCKS FROM FAMOUS KING STREET where you will find many wonderful restaurants (including a cupcake store and gelato store!), shops, museums, aquarium, farmer's market at Marion Square Park and historic sites all within walking distance. It is also very close to MUSC and the medical district.

ALL Utilities included (Electric, Water, Cable and Wifi)

There is also a courtyard with 2 off-street parking spaces--VERY hard to come by in downtown Charleston!

15 minutes from Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms beaches, 20-25 minutes from Surfer's Haven, Folly Beach. 20-25 minutes from historic plantations Middleton Place, Magnolia Gardens and Drayton Hall.

Many children's books and toys at the condo, kite, bocce ball

All bedrooms have queen beds, and one has a double futon as well. 1 bathroom is upstairs and one downstairs in master, both with showers in tub. Small cafe table in kitchen, extendable table seating 5-6 in living area. Remodeled kitchen.

One mid-stay clean and final clean included in rental rate. Any excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit.

My husband lived in this condo and we decided to rent it out when we bought a house. It's a very convenient location in downtown.

What makes this condo unique

We love to walk to the farmer's market, Marion Square, the Children's Museum and all the restaurants close by. It's so easy to get to so many wonderful places from there.

Great place to stay for upper historic Charleston/College of Charleston

This second story condo is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. There are three bedrooms (one on the main floor with a bathroom and two more a flight up which share a hall bathroom). A sizeable living room with plenty of seating and a nice TV. The kitchen is full service, although if you are looking at seating more than three people in a dining area, you won't find it here. The private courtyard parking is great and it is a short walk to Marion Square Park and the College of Charleston and only two blocks to Kings Street. I would definitely recommend this place. And the bonus - it is full of beautiful paintings done by the owner!

Absolutely Wonderful!!

The Condo was very clean and the rooms spacious. The location is amazing if you are looking to be within walking distance to downtown. It is also perfectly located if you wish to drive a short distance to the Aquarium, Magnolia Plantation, or the USS Yorktown, among many other wonderful tourist attractions. And having off street parking is key!! Will definitely book this Condo again. The owner was great, as she provided us with brochures and suggestions for places to eat as well. We had a fabulous time.

Convenient, cozy and CLEAN!

We rented this place for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Close to everything. Comfortable for the times when you just want to relax. And clean -- which is super important and not always the case. We would definitely rent here again.
