Carillon Beach is an upscale/exclusive modern family resort located on the pristine white beaches and emerald waters of Florida's gulf coast. This unique seaside village with luxurious Creole and Gulf Coast Style was featured in Southern Living and Coastal Living magazines.

Our condo is located Downtown Carillon overlooking the New Orleans style market area with views of the town fountain, Lake Carillon, Village Green, and the Gulf of Mexico. It also overlooks free concerts called "Groovin' On The Green" held every Monday night during season.

The interior is well appointed and tastefully decorated. The first floor is the living room with a leather queen and twin sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining area, half bath, and laundry room. The second floor is the master suite with a king bed, full bath, and sitting area. There is a extra large balcony off the living room from which you can enjoy the sweeping views and dine al fresco. The balcony is also equipped with a sitting area and gas grill.

Close to all amenities- 3 pools (one is beachfront), playgrounds,tennis courts, basketball court, and the beach with 7 community dune walkovers. New 24 hour fitness center located just downstairs on Market Street (daily fee) and free in-unit WiFi. Expanded basic cable and free HBO and Starz movie channels. Ample parking for RV/Boat/Trailer adjacent to building.

Onsite restaurants within walking distance. Carillon is only minutes from incredible shopping at Pier Park, championship golf courses, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Gulf World Marine Park, putt-putt golf, bumper cars, Hwy 30-A, Seaside, and several nationally-recognized state parks.

This is a non-smoking condominium and conveniently located near the elevator. It is a great location for families looking to relax and enjoy the beaches of Panama City Beach.

There is a minimum night stay required during the following Dates:

Memorial Day Weekend - 3 Night Minimum Stay

June 25 - July 9 - 7 Night Minimum Stay

Labor Day Weekend - 3 Night Minimum Stay

A $250.00 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable if there are no damages to the unit. The security deposit is sent back via check in the mail to the address on file for the reservation 10-14 business days after departure.

A checkout cleaning fee of $85.00, 10% Registration Fee (Based on total Rent) and tax of 11.5% will apply to all reservations.

Housekeeping will provide the initial supply of trash can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, soap, shampoo & conditioner. Guests are responsible for these supplies once they are used. Reservation includes amenity program that features unlimited VIP Access to Cobra Adventure Park and Emerald Falls Family Recreation center. VIP access covers go-karts, bumper boats, putt-putt & rides. Arcade games & batting cages are not included in the amenity program.

There were not enough extra sheets for the pull out beds. The king comforter had stains.

While the property was very clean overall, the comforter, sheets and whatnot needs to be updated. They were stained and we were glad we brought our own sheets. Very convenient to market street in carillon. Easy check in and friendly property management.

Pricey for the small size but a nice condo

This area and beach are really nice. We stayed at Rosemary Beach last year and it was very crowded but had a lot of entertainment in the evenings. It was a trade off. Carillon beach was great and not crowded but the shops in Carillon close very early. So there is nothing to do in the evenings. The only drawback for this condo community is the fact that you cannot access the beach via your vehicle. The condo area has walking rights but not driving rights. And it is quite a hike to the beach especially if you are carrying coolers and chairs and a canopy. The pools are great, especially the one at the beach. The condo unit itself is cozy and small. Some things could use updating like the t.v.'s and it could use some end tables. There was nowhere to put your drink if you sat on the couch. It would also be good if they installed a code lock instead of a key lock-that way you wouldn't have to carry around a key the whole time. The surrounding condos had a code lock. Also, the bedroom is a loft bedroom so there is no door/privacy. The bedroom has a view of the ocean. It is also a great area for riding bikes. The staff at Counts Oakes ResortProperties were very helpful during our stay.

Too expensive for what you get.

We love this location. Condo is on the third floor of the carillon market place. It is quiet and has beautiful pools and beach that are not crowded.

The condo is 2 story and bed is on the second level, so not ideal for small children. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs but living space is small. The condo was very warm. It was only high of 88 while we visited and the A/C said it was 67,but the condo was very warm. We had an additional fan upstairs. There are no window coverings on the upstairs windows, letting in a lot of sunlight early in the morning.

We have stayed at the same location in the other properties which were nicer and had a better price.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback from you stay at our condo and are happy to hear it is in a great location! The condo is great for small families with elevator access to the condos on the upper floors of the building. We do a rental comparison on a regular basis and also price match when provided with information of similar units and their pricing. It has been a warm summer for the area, and the A/C maintained the temperature of 67 degrees during your stay. We do provide 24 hour service should any emergencies arise or the A/C had not been cooling the condo during your stay. We do hope that you return to the area in the future and will stay with us on your next trip to Panama City Beach!
