Walk in the front door, and feel the stress melt away with the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. GulfPlace is the perfect location on 30A for any kind of vacation...across the street from the beach, with three public beach walkovers.

There is an elevator to get to your condo, and in the Gulf Place Community there are shops and restaurants. Grocery stores and seafood markets are a short drive away.

The beaches are like no other in the country with their sugary soft sands, and crystal blue waters. Our condo is decorated in earth tones for relaxing...there is a flat screen tv in the living room, and a small t.v. in the bedroom.

There is an extra half bath in the bunk beds alcove.

About The Owner

I grew up in The Bahamas and I Love to visit the beach at 30A...the color of the water is stunning.

We also love to bike, and walk the trails.

Our favorite place to eat is on our patio watching the sunset...Shrimpers seafood market will steam your shrimp for you...mix up a martini, and dinner is served!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004

Loved the location! But walking in & seeing carpet in a condo at the beach was a downer.

Unfortunately, the hot tub didn't work. There was an alternate hot tub accessible by a short walk but disappointed it wasn't fixed while we were there. No fault of the property owner though! We had a small maintenance issue in the unit & the owner handled it right away. This unit is close to everything! Gorgeous beaches, shops & restaurants. Loved being on 30A. Not so crowded, congested & busy! Had a great relaxing week. Look forward to coming back!

Great location! It was clean and comfortable.

This location is quiet, peaceful and serene. The facility is more like a beach style and not very modern except for the kitchen. It is spacious and provides all conveniences you'd ever need away from home.

Exactly as described

Sadie was quick and responsive to our email queries. She shared access to the space and was available when we needed. The space is exactly as described and one short block from the beach entrance. There were all of the items needed to cook a meal, which we did several times. The beds were comfortable and water pressure strong in the shower. This was a great birthday and family trip for us and are excited we found such a great location.

Perfect Spring Break quiet condo!

this was my second time renting from Sadie, and we were very pleased! She renovated the condo and everything is very nice and up to date. She is great to rent from and very reachable. We simply had to text her we needed something and the handy-man brought it the very next day. This location is absolutely perfect: it is a walk right across the street to the beach and is RIGHT in the middle of a bunch of different shops and food places. This is without a doubt my favorite place I've been to in Florida, and the prices are great as well. She gave a small discount as a second time renter which was very nice! I would definitely recommend staying here, 30A is wonderful and this condo is simply perfect! The area is quiet, more family oriented, and we were so pleased yet again! :) Thanks Sadie!!!

Expectations met!

This condo met all our requirements; a king size bed, more than one bath, comfortable furniture and a modern kitchen. Our son and family had recently relocated to Santa Rosa Beach and this was our first visit with them. We watched the Super Bowl in the condo and everyone had enough room. Being located on 30A turned out to be perfect. The Gulf Place complex is directly across from the beach and is convenient to many locations. We enjoyed a meal at Pizza by the Sea and ventured to The Donut Hole more than once. The condo is close to both a Wal-Mart and a Publix store. Among our many side trips I would recommend going east to Grayton Beach, especially to a small farm to table place called FarmStand from Twin Oaks Farm. The proprietor, Renee, from France, makes everything fresh daily. There are many products for sale, too. Right next to FarmStand is a gift shop, The Studio Gallery, with a huge variety of treasures for purchase. We will definitely consider returning to this area and this condo again.

Pleasantly Pleased

My boyfriend and I rented this condo for our 2 year anniversary, and we were very pleased. It was clean when we walked in, the dishes were clean, and everything was easy to locate. We were able to walk to one of the restaurant's in Gulf Place, which was a stone's throw away. The next morning, I did not feel like cooking, so I simply walked to the wonderful coffee shop in Gulf Place and got breakfast and coffee, and walked back to the room and we had breakfast in bed. A main beach access was right across the road, and a smaller more private access was right next to it that we ended up using for a little more privacy. We got in to town earlier than expected, and the owner was more than willing to let us check in early so that we didn't have to wait around. We planned a fishing trip on Grayton the next morning that would not get over until before lunch, and she even gave us an extended check-out so that we could come back and get washed up before headed home. I personally did not see the problems expressed in the review below this one. To each, his/her own. We were personally extremely happy with this condo, the customer service we received. We will hopefully be back soon.
