Why Frank L. Limas chose Downtown

Pismo Beach is wear my family has been going for two generations and it's a little piece of heaven only 2 hours away from home and the weather is fantastic. And as it's know around our area it's the Portuguese Palm Springs.

What makes this house unique

You can do pretty much everything in Pismo Beach from fishing off the pier, kayaking, surfing, renting quads and going to the sand dunes, golfing & of course wine tasting or just eating and laying around or long walks on the beach.

The place was amazing, clean and so well stocked. It actually felt like being at home-warm and inviting!

I wish I could have stayed longer but of course duty (work) calls!



As far as observation and or comments, there is nothing I could think of that would have made the stay more comfortable. Everything was in working order and clean. I mean impressively clean! Hats off to the housekeeping person or persons. And the upkeep of the property is impressive as well. Being a manager at a hotel I know how important it is on the upkeep (preventive maintenance) of a guest room let alone a home. The paint on the walls, fixtures, furniture and soft goods were impeccable!

Very nice, clean stay

I enjoyed my time there at the house. It is very clean and organized. The house is around 2-3 block away from the beach.

The manager is responsive to my questions and concerns.

I would stay there again next time.

One negative about the place is the poor internet access. My family and I cannot seem to get consistent signals for the internet. There is something wrong with the modem/internet service. It is unusable.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry you had internet problems but we have never had a complaint about it or have never had a problem when we come there. We will look into it as soon as possible so that no else has trouble. Thank you for informing us about this.

Great house for our family with teens and elderly

Short walk to beach and cinnamon roll bakery.

Love all the natural lighting through out the house.

Beautiful front door and entry way.

Spacious kitchen with lots of chairs.

3 intimate balconies.

House very clean and well kept.

Only suggestions for improvement - daybed too soft and upstairs shower tiles bit slippery.
