You will absolutely love our completely renovated Copper Condo - featured in the 2012 Summit County Parade of Homes!

We remodeled the kitchen and main living area, all bedrooms, both full bathrooms, replaced all carpet with hardwoods or new carpet, painted the entire unit, and much more! All of the work was done by award winning Trilogy Partners from Breckenridge.

This spacious (1,700 sf) and sunny Beeler Townhouse is one of ten units located just a short walk from the American Flyer & Union Creek lifts as well as the Village at Copper Mountain which contains shops and restaurants.

In the summer you are located next to the bike path that runs along Ten-Mile Creek and connects Vail, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Lake Dillon. The biking options are endless. The Summit Stage bus system gives you easy access from all these other areas back to the Townhouse (except Vail).

Our condo is four stories and includes a large direct access one-car garage.

The main floor living area leverages its open floor plan, with deluxe new kitchen and appliances, island counter with seating for two, a dinning room table with seating for eight, comfortable leather sofas / chairs which surround a cozy gas fireplace and large screen TV with cable and DVD. There is also a front porch and small back porch.

The townhouse's unique design, with three stories of floor to ceiling windows, allows guests to enjoy unobstructed views of the slopes and the mountains along the Ten-Mile Range. There are two enclosed private sundecks on the third and fourth levels that are accessed from the master or main guest bedroom. These decks are perfect for relaxing with a book in our comfortable Adirondack chairs at the end of the day, watching the last skiers come down or watching the bikers head up Vail pass.

The third level consists entirely of a huge Master Suite: private enclosed sundeck, spacious bedroom with king-size bed, 47' flat screen TV, large closet, dresser, and bath with double sink vanity and large shower with seating area.

The fourth level includes a private guest bedroom with queen-size bed, and private enclosed sundeck with spectacular views of Copper Mountain. The 3rd private bedroom has two bunk beds (4 twins), and a large screen dvd / TV combo - great for children! There is also a new full bath for the fourth level guests. All bedrooms have new flat screen TVs with cable access.

There is plenty of storage space for bikes, skis, and other sporting equipment in the direct access garage. A large mudroom is just off the garage, which includes a full-sized washer and dryer and newly added 1/2 bath.

Apologies, we do not allow pets or smoking in our home.

Close to everything, plenty of space.

Stayed in Nov 2016. There was only a small amount of snow around, but we still managed to get out. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the place was a very good size for us. Could easily have managed another two kids. The house has everything you need, including a parking pass and free shuttle to Copper. That being said, it really was only a five minute walk which we did many times. Great community hot tub that we used a couple of times. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, updated and great location

Our group had a great stay at the Beeler Place townhouse! Everything was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our group! This would be a great location for walk to slopes location in the winter! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great person to deal with

This review is a little different in that we never actually got to stay in this lovely (looking) apartment. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were forced to delay our trip to Copper Mountain and had to seek alternative accommodation. Sanders was extremely helpful and fair throughout our dealings with her. She was very responsive and worked hard to find replacement renters for the 10 days we had booked. We ended up getting all of our deposit back as a result.

I can tell you that the area this apartment is located couldn't be better (we eventually stayed close by), but more importantly, I can tell you that Sanders is a person you can trust.

Thanks for being so reasonable Sanders. Hopefully we get to stay next year.

Beautifully finished, designed, and cared for property in great location.

We had 4 adults and 2 young teenagers in our party. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations, the ease of getting to the slopes, etc, the overall comfort of the property including mutlit-zoned, easily controlled heating. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only think I could think of for a suggested improvement would be nightlights in each bedroom and bathroom.

Nice, Sunny Townhouse within a 2 block walk from the slopes. Positives were large, sunny windows, large, nicely stocked, renovated kitchen and master bath. Negatives were worn furniture, early check-out (10 a.m.) and dirty, shared hot-tub.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review - hearing from renters is the best way to know what areas need improvements. We are sorry all items didn't live up to your expectations. I will change our listing to clearly note that the hot tub is shared by the 10 Beeler townhouse units. It was never our intent to miss lead you or indicate that the unit had a private hot tub. Since the HOA has a service maintain the hot tub, I will let them know your disappointment and stress that they keep this up as all the owners have hired them to do. In response to the worn furniture, we are in the process of replacing one leather chair where the leather has ripped on the bottom seat cushion. While the distressed leather on the couch is not ripped we are also looking at options to upholstery or buy new couch as well. We are sorry that we have not been able to do this during the ski season and didn't inform you in advance of these conditions. Both these items will be addressed as soon as possible. The 10 am check out is standard with a large unit when there is a guest checking in that same afternoon. Unfortunately, I can not change that given it takes about 4 hours to clean and turn the unit. I do let my guests keep their cars in the garage packed with their belongings after that 10am until 12/1 pm if asked, but renters can't reenter the unit after the cleaning has started, given this would cause other issues with getting the unit in condition for the next guest. I also want to note that if there wasn't another renter checking in that day it is often my policy to offer free later checkouts until 1/2 pm. Sorry this was not the case in your situation. Hard to leave...

What a great introduction to Copper Mountain. It was our first time there and the 5 days could not have gone better. The condo is ideally located... an easy walk to either the West or Center Villages. The layout was great, plenty of room for all 8 of us. The Owner was incredibly helpful with quick email replies and detailed instructions on how to make everything work. Kitchen has everything you need and we took advantage by making lots of meals there. One call out - we were there for several relatively warm days and getting the temperature right inside the house was tricky - lesson learned: trust the solar system and keep the thermostats low. All in all, brilliant stay and highly recommended.
