You will absolutely love our completely renovated Copper Condo - featured in the 2012 Summit County Parade of Homes!

We remodeled the kitchen and main living area, all bedrooms, both full bathrooms, replaced all carpet with hardwoods or new carpet, painted the entire unit, and much more! All of the work was done by award winning Trilogy Partners from Breckenridge.

This spacious (1,700 sf) and sunny Beeler Townhouse is one of ten units located just a short walk from the American Flyer & Union Creek lifts as well as the Village at Copper Mountain which contains shops and restaurants.

In the summer you are located next to the bike path that runs along Ten-Mile Creek and connects Vail, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Lake Dillon. The biking options are endless. The Summit Stage bus system gives you easy access from all these other areas back to the Townhouse (except Vail).

Our condo is four stories and includes a large direct access one-car garage.

The main floor living area leverages its open floor plan, with deluxe new kitchen and appliances, island counter with seating for two, a dinning room table with seating for eight, comfortable leather sofas / chairs which surround a cozy gas fireplace and large screen TV with cable and DVD. There is also a front porch and small back porch.

The townhouse's unique design, with three stories of floor to ceiling windows, allows guests to enjoy unobstructed views of the slopes and the mountains along the Ten-Mile Range. There are two enclosed private sundecks on the third and fourth levels that are accessed from the master or main guest bedroom. These decks are perfect for relaxing with a book in our comfortable Adirondack chairs at the end of the day, watching the last skiers come down or watching the bikers head up Vail pass.

The third level consists entirely of a huge Master Suite: private enclosed sundeck, spacious bedroom with king-size bed, 47' flat screen TV, large closet, dresser, and bath with double sink vanity and large shower with seating area.

The fourth level includes a private guest bedroom with queen-size bed, and private enclosed sundeck with spectacular views of Copper Mountain. The 3rd private bedroom has two bunk beds (4 twins), and a large screen dvd / TV combo - great for children! There is also a new full bath for the fourth level guests. All bedrooms have new flat screen TVs with cable access.

There is plenty of storage space for bikes, skis, and other sporting equipment in the direct access garage. A large mudroom is just off the garage, which includes a full-sized washer and dryer and newly added 1/2 bath.

Apologies, we do not allow pets or smoking in our home.

Super Well Located - Two Wonderful Vacations in Copper!

We have had the pleasure of staying in this unit twice. We traveled with three couples for an annual ski trip in January 2017 and had a wonderful time. The unit is clean, well stocked and well located. We returned with our three children (ages 11, 9, 7) in March 2017 for a 5-day stay and loved every minute again! Our children were all first time skiers and we were easily able to walk to the West Village Schoolhouse each morning for ski school and private lessons. The walk is 5 minutes or less. We stored our boots in a locker ($20 per day- 5 pairs fit in the locker) and kept skis at the condo. Each morning my husband would drive the skis up to the drop area around 8:30 and then the kids would walk up in normal shoes, get boots on etc in the locker room, grab skis and be ready to head to lessons. In the afternoon we would store boots back in the locker and kids would walk back to the condo while my husband returned with the car to grab skis. It took 5 minutes and was super easy and our kids never had to carry heavy gear. There is also a small hut where you can store skis and boots in the west village for $15 per day (per set). The condo is a less than 5 minute walk to Center Village as well. We walked into Center Village each morning to grab Starbucks and also easily walked with the kids to dinner each night. We also drove to Vail to eat dinner with friends one evening and drove into Frisco for breakfast one morning (10 minutes). Copper is an easy drive from Denver and we enjoyed the divided terrain for our kids' first trip. I liked the fact that the expert skiers were in another area and not zooming past them down the mountain. The owner has a wonderful packet of tips and information and is always happy to help answer questions. This is a wonderful family vacation and we cannot wait to return!

GREAT location and house - couldn't ask for much more, especially for the price!

Everything about this house was great - well furnished, excellent location, fantastic price. My knees wished there weren't so many stairs, but aside from that you couldn't get better value on the mountain in my opinion. Owners were wonderful about communicating with us as well. Overall, this house was perfect for our group of 8 (2 couples, 4 kids).

Great place for our mid size family

Stayed there for a quick weekend of Copper skiing. As advertised just a short walk from the West Village and ski lifts. Comfortable sleeping for our party of 7. The older kids got a kick out of sleeping in bunk beds. Everything was clean and ready for us. 4 levels so you need to be able to handle stairs. Able to park 2 vehicles which helped. Owners super helpful with emails ahead of time with what to expect, how to get in and how to handle any unexpected issues. Appreciated them sharing their knowledge of the mountain and trails.

Wonderful family vacation!

We stayed at this townhouse for our spring break with four adults and four girls (aged 3-12). The unit has the perfect amount of social space and ample sleeping room. It was also convenient to have two parking spaces. We used the free ski shuttle and walked with our equipment to the slopes--both very easy, even with kids. The unit is beautifully appointed, and we felt right at home. Owners are very responsive. We're already planning our next trip!
