Park City has the best for everyone; skier and non--skiers. It is a litlle heaven on earth.

Why Cynthia Paul chose Utah

We 'grew up' skiing in Colorado with a 2-2 1/2 hour drive from the airport to the slopes.

One trip to Park City Utah and it became home! With a 25 MINUTE drive from the airport to the slopes and our front door, our whole family was sold.

What makes this condo unique

Beautiful Mountain views from every window. Windows to ceiling in Family Room with room warming gas fireplace make our beautifully/comfortably decorated room a GREAT Gathering Place with plenty of space nearby for group meals.Each room is PRIVATE in sound and space with it's double sink vanities and tub/shower baths. Humidifiers keep you comfortable.

Historic Downtown is a FREE bus ride right outside our front door and at the bottom of the street. No car is NEEDED to get to slopes, shopping, ski rental and repair, restaurants, movies, ice skating, name it. It's available to you in minutes and with free, convenient and punctual transportation (if you don't want to park your two cars at out front door).

Loved the floor plan, well stocked and clean! The complex had nice amenities. The pools were a hit with the family. Location is ideal for exploring the surrounding areas.

The best vacation home we have ever stayed in

This house was perfection! We absolutely loved everything that was offered with this home. It's completely equipped and stocked with everything you'll need to vacation with your family. From being beautifully decorated, perfectly located, extremely spacious, yet cozy, this home offers a true "home away from home" experience .

The condo owner is so easy to deal with and always responds in a timely fashion.

Beautiful condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable condo. It was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. It was great to have the gas grill. Our kids also loved the outdoor pools and hot tub in the complex. We highly recommend this place!

Great location. 3 bedrooms each with private bath.

Nicely appointed and clean condo with 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath, a well-stocked kitchen, and within easy walking distance of the Cabriolet. Unique features included a hot tub and full bath right off the kitchen (with a door separating the two rooms), deck with grill, room inside for 8 pair of skis, and parking for two cars.

Some minor maintenance issues - one broken blind in living room and small leak in one of the bathrooms - but very responsive maintenance service who responded quickly to our call.

Perfect home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The indoor hot tub got a lot of use! The condo was well stocked with everything from lotion in every bathroom to extra light bulbs. There were ample instructions and Cynthia was very easy to work with. The walk to the Cabriolet lift was not too far and we figured out to ski back to within a block and a half of the front door. Would highly recommend this property.
