We selfishly wanted a place our teenage children would want to come to. We now have annual visits with our adult children and most resently our Granddaughter:) Park City has the best for everyone; skier and non--skiers. It is a litlle heaven on earth. Why Cynthia Paul chose Park City
We 'grew up' skiing in Colorado with a 2-2 1/2 hour drive from the airport to the slopes. One trip to Park City Utah and it became home! With a 25 MINUTE drive from the airport to the slopes and our front door, our whole family was sold.
What makes this Condo unique
Beautiful Mountain views from every window. Windows to ceiling in Family Room with room warming gas fireplace make our beautifully/comfortably decorated room a GREAT Gathering Place with plenty of space nearby for group meals.Each room is PRIVATE in sound and space with it's double sink vanities and tub/shower baths. Humidifiers keep you comfortable. Historic Downtown is a FREE bus ride right outside our front door and at the bottom of the street. No car is NEEDED to get to slopes, shopping, ski rental and repair, restaurants, movies, ice skating, bowling...you name it. It's available to you in minutes and with free, convenient and punctual transportation (if you don't want to park your two cars at out front door).

Great space for three couples.
The layout of this place is great for three couples. Each get their own bedroom with queen bed and private bath. The fourth bath off the indoor hot tub is a bonus. The living and dining room furniture is comfortable and well set up for conversations, watching movies, and pleasant meal times. The kitchen equipment is adequate. The decor of the lower level bedrooms is not special. Some better pillows would be nice. Overall, though, they’re fine—enough space and storage. This is not a ski-in/ski-out unit. You have to walk about 4 short blocks to get to the base of the Cabriolet lift. It’s a slight downhill on the way there—uphill on the way home. In ski boots. It’s not a deal breaker, but something to consider. The notebook in the house mentioned a free ski valet service, but the only one we could find was in the Canyons base area for $10 a day. The free shuttle bus to town is great, but by dinner time hours, you pick it up at the same place you get on the Cabriolet lift. Overall, this is a great unit in a very good location. You won’t go wrong staying here, as long as you understand the limitations.

Our kitchen equipment includes additionally a blender, an electric griddle, a large slow cooker, multiple baking sheets and casseroles........
Our lower level bedroom decors are golf and wildlife coordinating wall, shelf and bed decor with room darkening window shades.
Unaware of any free ski valet service. Free bus service throughout Park City.
Hope you can look back again and see our every attempt to go beyond other rental properties.

Great Condo with 3 master bedrooms
We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were exceptional with great views. The 3 master bedrooms were a big plus in our selection of this unit. I would definitely return to this condo on future trips and highly recommend this to prospective visitors to the Park City area.
Micheal, so glad you loved our place as much as we do. Glad we were able to let you stay late. We are usually rented back-to-back so late checkouts are hard. We try to make things so nice that lots of people wants to rent one right after the other. Nice problem for us to have, but hard on our cleaning crews scheduling.
Anyway, please come again.

Awesome hot tub in Unit!
I wish that VRBO/HomeAway would allow for a 4.5 Star review because that is what it deserves. Being a vacation rental owner myself I know that things happen especially in the peak season. The layout was perfect for my two teenage boys getting their own floor and each had their own bathroom!
The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because the mater bedroom fireplace was not working (the pilot apparently wouldn’t stay lit) and the shower faucet was in bad shape so I didnt feel comfortable using it for every shower as I didn’t want to create a larger problem.
Having just me and my boys it wasn’t a big problem as there was another full bath on the main floor next to the hot tub (again awesome on my sore joints after 5 straight days of skiing). But if it were couples I could see how the master bedroom could be an issue. The local manager was more than nice and responsive but being peak season and right in the middle of the busiest week of the year these were problems that couldn’t be addressed until after our stay.
I would definitely consider staying again and the Location is incredible if you’re looking at spending most of your time at Canyons and not downtown Park city ( 3 miles up the road)
So sorry to hear about master shower faucet and fireplace. We are scheduling replacements ASAP.

1 1/2 miles to Utah Olympic Park (Tours, Zip-Line and Bobsled rides), 2 miles to Historic Downtown Park City, Sledding & Hot Air Balloon Trips, FREE city shuttle BUS service within 125 ft. from our front door. If you need the 'big' city remember Salt Lake City is 20 minutes away!
