We 'grew up' skiing in Colorado with a 2-21/2 hour drive from the airport to the slopes.

One trip to Park City Utah and it became home! With a 25 MINUTE drive from the airport to the slopes and our front door, our whole family was sold.

What makes this condo unique

Beautiful Mountain views from every window. Windows to ceiling in Family Room with room warming gas fireplace make our beautifully/comfortably decorated room a GREAT Gathering Place with plenty of space nearby for group meals.Each room is PRIVATE in sound and space with it's double sink vanities and tub/shower baths. Humidifiers keep you comfortable.

Historic Downtown is a FREE bus ride right outside our front door and at the bottom of the street. No car is NEEDED to get to slopes, shopping, ski rental and repair, restaurants, movies, ice skating, bowling...you name it. It's available to you in minutes and with free, convenient and punctual transportation (if you don't want to park your two cars at out front door).

This gorgeous home in the Red Pine Canyons was lovely and so was the owner! Thoughtful and convenient touches throughout. Six adults and one infant

First family snow gathering and we couldn't have asked for more!! We even had fresh snow it was picture perfect in and out ;)Thank you for your hospitality! We would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Thanksgiving Holiday

House was clean, conveniently located and accommodating in every way. There were 6 of us, 3 couples, and we all relaxed in the comfortable living room and bedrooms. Kitchen amenities were more than adequate for our Thanksgiving meal preps. Fireplaces added to the ambiance! Lovely place. Would return again and recommend to all my friends. Great stay and great place!

Beautiful condo in lovely setting

This condo is very nice and recently renovated. There is plenty of room for a large group. But be warned that there is no air conditioning and the main floor was 86° inside (95° outside). The nicest bedroom and bed are on the third floor and it was even hotter up there!

We slept in the basement bedroom, but the bed was not comfortable so we were forced to move upstairs to have a better bed. The best thing was probably the pool. The in-unit hot tub is drained and not usable in the summer season, which was a disappointment.

Overall, I would say this condo would be much better for a winter visit.

Owner's Response: Hillary, our goal is to completely please every renter. We are sorry you felt disappointed. AC is not listed in our amenities on our website. There are very few residences in Redpine that have AC. Our 24/7 property manager could have assisted you with our room fans and local knowledge of daytime cooling for the one week of daytime warm temps we sometimes have. Our mattresses are 1-3 years old. We appreciate your sharing an uncomfortableness with them. Our assumption on that time frame is they are all in great shape. Our property manager and his family were recently there and reported all beds were in great shape. We are there personally to check them twice a year. We will investigate again Our in-home hot tub is also not an amenity only in the summers as a hot tub emits warm humidity which would make our home hot and sticky. Our 100 yard walk to our clubhouse have both an indoor and outdoor hot tubs year round. We hope you will keep us in mind for a winter rental or try us again next summer making use of this information.

Friendly inviting clean

The home has a great location just below the resorts ski base -- so it was an easy walk to skiing.

The house was clean and quiet and allowed our whole party to relax and enjoy the time off.

The kitchen is modern and the hot tub was super relaxing and convenient.

Check in and check out was a breeze.

No complaints -- our whole party had a wonderful relaxing time. I highly recommend.
