This two+ bedroom, two bath, 1900 total sq. ft condo is part of a beautiful 547 acre planned community with Mediterranean style architectures, beautiful landscaping and manicured lawns overlooking lakes and a natural preserve.

This condo is a very desirable second floor unit with a one-car garage and private entry. You can relax on the lanai with a wonderful view of a peaceful lake, golf course and wildlife preserve.

The Condo is beautifully furnished with every amenity to make your stay comfortable and memorable. As you walk through the spectacular entry foyer and enter the large great room, you are greeted by 14+ foot ceilings. The family room (complete with cable TV and VCR) opens out to the lanai overlooking the lake, golf course and wooded preserve. The dining area and fully equipped kitchen share the magnificent view.

The Master Suite, with sliding glass doors to the lanai and large window overlooking the lake, is decorated with elegant furniture and fixtures, a huge walk-in closet plus an additional bi-fold four-door closet, an oversized king bed, cable television and ceiling fan. This room can be closed off from the rest of the Condo to provide complete privacy for your overnight guests.

The full master bath has shaving sink with double bowls, huge walk-in shower and a doored commode area. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, a bi-fold four-door closet and ceiling fan. The second full bath is complete with a tub.

You can relax on the comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa in the den (which can serve as a third bedroom). During your stay you can enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the separate dining area. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is provided.

After your round you can relax in Pelican Sound’s 18,000 square foot club house ($1.8 million renovation completed in January 2007) which offers a full range of amenities including casual dining in the grill room and bar, a formal dining area, a golf pro shop, men and ladies locker rooms, and an outside patio overlooking the golf course and lake. Adjacent to the golf club are 6 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with a pro shop, and a club tennis pro to oversee the tennis activities and provide a full schedule of lessons.

Pelican Sound also has a 6000 square foot River Club ($200,000+ total renovation, September, 2008), which features a causal dining room, screened dining deck, bar, a state of the art fitness center (new equipment, paint, and rubberized flooring (December, 2008), spa, pool, cabanas, expansive sun deck, nature trails and a private boat launch. Five additional pools, cabanas, sun decks and out door grilling facilities are conveniently located just minutes from your door step.

The nature lover can enjoy the complimentary kayaks and canoes to explore the river waters and wildlife along the Estero River. Pelican Sound offers a complimentary boat shuttle service to Lover’s Key State Recreation area several times a day. You can relax on the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the dolphins play in the surf.

Only minutes away, you can enjoy great shopping and restaurant opportunities at Coconut Pointe Mall, Miromar Outlet Mall, and Gulfcoast Center. For the baseball fan, take in a Spring Training game with the Boston Red Sox or the Minnesota Twins in nearby Ft. Myers.

Why the Owner Chose Estero, FL, USA:
I originally purchased this property for family members to use while visiting me in Florida. I am a resident of the area six months of the year. Since I have recently purchased another larger place for family members to use (in the same area), I have decided to make this unit available for rent. The location provides for a multitude of vacation opportunities and restaurant choices which have proven to be a favorite with the family. After many years, they still enjoy the area.
