We're the Flemings - Mike, Kathryn, Kate and Miles. Kathryn, originally from Annapolis, Maryland spent her summers with her family here at Pine Knoll Townes. The unique attributes w/courtyard access to the beach/ocean is perfect for families with young children! We still vacation annually at her family owned condo, and decided a few years earlier to purchase a second condominium as an investment and to have later for our children. We hope that you will choose this home for your vacation. Whether you're retired and looking for quiet relaxation or a family searching for a wonderful place to vacation, Pine Knoll Townes is a perfect choice. We hope that you will come experience all that the Crystal Coast area has to offer!

Why Owner chose Pine Knoll Shores
Pine Knoll Townes has very unique 'easy access' attributes that are not found elsewhere. You literally pull right to the entrance and park directly in front of your respective townhome. There are no steps to climb or elevators to take as you enter the home at ground level. Another major feature that sold us on purchasing here is the rear patio access to a large open grass courtyard and the pool. The configuration provides a safe and secure place for the kids to play. Probably the most important feature was the friendly feeling of the other owners throughout the complex. Pine Knoll Shores is an upscale community and a great place for quiet family vacations. You do not have to worry with the clutter of high rise buildings and commercialization that brings crowds of people. However, there are many local amenities available to give you a variety of interesting things to do in the area.
What makes this Townhome unique
Some of our favorite activities include visiting the NC Aquarium, surf fishing on the beach, and day trips over to Cape Lookout National Seashore on the outer banks to search for interesting marine life. Also, there are a number of great local seafood restaurants on the Morehead City waterfront or nearby Historic Beaufort that we prefer to frequent when dining out.

It was perfectly clean. Our family group spanned from 4 to 81 years old and all of us were accommodated perfectly. Will definitely be back.
Steps from the beach
We stayed here for New Year's with our son who is based at Seymour Johnson AFB. The condo was clean, easy to access had most of the amenities we were looking for. There are no linens, no sheets, no towels, including hand towels. There was a kitchen towel until we got to the store to get paper towels. We were aware of this when we booked, but we figured at least there would be a hand towel, but nope. The owner did suggest a linen service, but we were going to buy new towels and leave with our son. The condo had basically everything else we needed for a short stay. We had to buy a few essentials, trash bags, hand soap, coffee, etc. The coffee pot should be replaced, we attempted to brew a pot and it really never gave more than one cup. We had breakfast only one morning in the condo due to this, we needed our caffeine! Close to restaurants and grocery, was able to get pizza delivered. Had cable, wifi and comfortable beds. We were concerned that being it was off-season and winter that there would not be many restaurants open or things to do, but that was not the case. Plenty of eating choices (some are closed so go online to check) and even in some of the more waterfront towns were mostly active. We visited Fort Macon on a breezy day, but worth the stop (it's free) and very well preserved fort. Not sure how crazy busy it gets during summer months, imagine very busy; but we enjoyed our stay and will be back again.
Quick get away!
It was an awesome experience . The property was neat, clean and direction was on point . Well deliver information. Highly recommended.
Great no complaints!!!
Awesome as always!!
Great location! House was nice and we will come back.
We really loved how the beach access was close and very secluded. It is a nice place for a family and the kids loved the pool! The only negative I could see was that the parking spaces were very narrow and difficult to enter and exit your car if someone was parked next to you.
We will revisit!
Loved the condo. It was very clean and well appointed. We had a great time at the beach and the pool. The only minor complaint we had was the 2nd bedroom was very very bright in the morning. It has wooden shutters but the morning sun shone through. Both of my kids love to sleep in and we were usually up late at night too. Its vacation!! By 8am they were up because of the brightness. Other than that small negative, everything was great.
