This is a fantastic beach, the condominium building is one of the nicest in the area and convenient to everything you could imagine. Only 15 minutes from the race track and you're also within easy driving distance of Disney, Sea World and Universal...all about 75 miles down Interstate-4.

The pictures and write up does not convey how awesome this condo is. Everything was exactly as advertised/stated in the description and then some. Other family members have stayed in other units in St. Maarten and were in 2 other units during our stay and commented on how much they LOVED our unit when they visited us. The 2nd floor corner was fantastic for ease of getting to the pool/beach. My wife and I loved the balcony for our morning coffee and also in the evening, just sitting there listening to the ocean sounds. The realtor and owners were lightening quick in their responses and are fantastic people to deal with. We can not wait to come back to visit and will definitely stay here on our future Florida trips.
This was my third stay in this condo and as on my previous stays, the condo was great...it's always clean and it's furnished with everything you could possibly need. The owners keep it in great shape. I have stayed in condos that started out good with my first visit but went down hill on subsequent visits. This condo never disappoints...if anything it just gets better. I had two friends with me on this visit and I had told them it was a really nice place but they were blown away! The only problem we had was not wanting to leave at the end of our two weeks. We're trying to work out our schedules for a longer stay next year.
This was perfect. Could not have asked for a better place for my family. We had four teenagers and there was plenty of space for them and my wife and I. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Very clean and great furnishings. We hope to stay again next year. This is an exceptional value, just can't say enough about the condo and the ocean view.
The moment you enter this Wonderful Family Unit it will feel like home. It has a beautiful deck overlooking the pool and you still see the ocean! We look forward to hopefully staying here with friends and family next year! We felt blessed to have found this little paradise! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful friendly family unit!

This was our third year staying at this lovely condo and we look forward to our next visit. We enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and the large balcony overlooking the pool. This condo has everything provided for our stay. All we need to bring is clothes and food. It truly feels like home away from home!
Daytona Beach Shores is perfectly located to enjoy all the local attractions such as the Daytona International Speedway as well as day trips to Disney World, Sea World, all of Central Florida and St. Augustine.
