Grayton, Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beach all just around the corner. Be at the brand new Pier Park in Panama City for entire family entertainment in 15 minutes, or at the Destin outlets in 10 ! Enjoy the quaint shopping and arhcitecturally stunning atmosphere of Watercolor and Alys Beach within minutes. Art galleries, amazing restaurants, and unforgettable sunsets await.
It is peaceful, gorgeous and most of all EXTREMELY RELAXING. The condo itself is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are plush king suites with jetted tub and sliding glass doors leading to an oversized balcony large enough to dine on and still have another area for lounging. Expansive ocean views from family room and Master as far as can see. The 3rd guestroom offers a unique 'full' size bunk bed 'with' a twin trundle (sleeps 5 if needed). The sofa in the family room folds out. Always a soothing ocean breeze while you watch the sunset and stare at the picturesque dunes. The condo is decorated modern and comfy and very clean line for relaxation. There are flat screen TV's in every room. The kitchen is stocked w. anything you would need. All the flooring is pecan hardwood. Gated community with only 30 units. This particular unit is situated on the 3rd floor directly over the pool.

Why Owner chose Santa Rosa Beach
The texture of the powder white sand and the color of the turquoise water combined with the peaceful, relaxing, laid back true vacation feel. Biggest plus for our family is that when we 'do' want to be in the middle of things we are simply a walk, bike ride or short car trip away. We can bike down to some of our favorite restaurants and have amazing food and never encounter the stress and hectic style of the tourist trap areas. Our balcony is of such size that dining on it is our favorite and often we never leave the view!
What makes this Condo unique
We love being close to Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, Rosemary & Alys Beach, yet love the privacy of San Remo. The ability to get to Destin so quickly and the new Pier Park at PCB make this location too good to be true ! Hidden gem !

The best of both worlds
Me and my family have been coming down to the gulf while our kids are on fall break for about 5 years now. We have always rented houses just outside of towns every year because honestly I don't like crowded beaches. The high rise condo's always seemed to have people lined up 4 and 5 rows deep under umbrella's on the beach and nothing about that seems peaceful or relaxing to me. Renting private houses has always given me the peace and quiet that I wanted. However with two boys, 4 and 10, peace and quiet for me leads to extreme boredom for them.
San Remo is the perfect place to give us all what we need and want in a vacation. The beaches were not crowded at all. There were maybe 20 at most umbrellas set up in one long line. There were no crowds to worry about, nobody blaring loud music for everyone else to hear. There were just enough families there that the kids had no trouble making friends and getting games going. The days when the gulf was a little rough the pool area was there to keep them entertained.
I can see this being our fall break destination for years to come. If you have kids that get bored easily if they don't have someone to play with, yet you still want some peace and quiet.....this is the place.
We had a great week at San Remo. The condo was great! Loved the floors! We had lots of space and the beds were comfortable. We had no complaints the entire stay. Cam, the owner, was a very sweet person and gave us lots of info about things to do and restaurants in Santa Rosa. I would highly recommend staying at San Remo.
The property was outstanding. Everything was wonderful. The view was great. Our family love being able to watch members of our family at the pool from the balcony. The furniture in the living room is very comfortable. As if all that is not enough, Cam is a true pleasure to work with. She is so helpful and very responsive!

Luxury ! REFRESH RELAX RENEW. Can't say enough about this unique gulf front property. Rare as well is the level of service provided by Cam, the owner. I found her to be extremely quick to respond, very friendly, and eager to ensure our trip was made of fond memories. Excellent choice ! Highly recommend.

Prices for Spring 2015 may vary depending on date. All Reservations will be subject to a 12% tax and a $150 cleaning fee. A $500 security/damage deposit is required to reserve dates (fully refundable upon checkout assuiming no damages). 50% of balance is due 60 days prior to check in, remainaing 50% 14 days prior to check in. Check In is 4:00 PM CST, Check Out is 10:00 AM CST.
