Welcome to our spacious 2 bedroom condo in the beautiful Benchlands of Whistler. Our property has 3 levels, and most of the amenities you would enjoy in your own home. The unit has a great layout for friends and family to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We have a ground floor entry, with a private, secure 1 car garage. Modern washer and dryer located on this level. The main level of the condo consists of 1 bathroom (with shower) an open layout kitchen/dining area. The living room has a large widescreen TV and wood burning fireplace. The deck (with propane BBQ) is located off the living room. There is also a leather pull-out sofa on this level.

The upstairs level consists of a full bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a long sitting bench by the window, a large screen TV and plenty of closet space. The other bedroom has a set of bunk beds (double on the bottom, and a single up top). This room also has a large futon-style chair. This room is great for the kids.

The property is located on the free shuttle route, or it's a 10 minute walk to the upper village, the Wizard express chairlift and other access to Blackcomb Mountain. The shuttle also drops at the main village, for more amenities and access to Whistler Mountain.

Why Jason Cunningham chose Upper Village

Have visited Whistler since the 1980s and decided to buy a retirement home. This property has enough space to live in and is in a great location. Until we are ready to occupy this home full time, we invite you to enjoy its many advantages.

What makes this townhome unique

Took several years and a very good real estate agent to find this property. It is very quiet and well located for all the main sporting activities in Whistler. The walk to either the main village is pleasant and there is a free shuttle bus provided that runs year round (in case of inclement weather). Very easy to just pop down to the village for happy hour at a pub and then return for a great summer sunset on the deck. The garage, although not large enough for RVs, is a great feature for storage of many recreational toys or just avoiding having to scrape the car in the winter.

Located at the corner of Blackcomb and Spearhead walking/biking trails. End unit closest to these trails. Normally once in the townhouse and all stocked up with provisions, the car sits either in the garage or parking lot, not moving for the rest of the stay. Having a car is nice if you want to go a bit further afield, but not entirely necessary, especially if you have come for skiing or snowboarding.

Groceries available at convenience store in Upper Village or take the free shuttle bus (or walk) to the main village where there are a large grocery store and a supermarket. North and south of the village there are other shopping options including the new Loblaws owned supermarket at Emerald.

For summer recreation there are lots of rental bikes, kayaks, SUP etc, however there are no longer any rental windsurfers.

There is a well staffed and equipped medical centre due to the world class sporting activities held here, but it is not a hospital.
