We were enchanted by River Haven. The property and river are magical; the house is very comfortable and spacious. It was so quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed watching the geese and ducks on the river and parades of deer through the yard. If you are driving a sports car don't take the directions that require you to drive across the river; come in from the opposite side. We had everything we needed and made good use of the big barbecue in the yard. The house was clean and the kitchen completely stocked for cooking dinners which we did. And Wimberely is a very charming town. We had a wonderful lazy lunch at a cafe right on the river (Inoz ?). We had a lovely weekend. We would definitely come again.
