Second floor amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, an island bar with sink, a 47' flat-screen LED television with DVD and sound system nestled within built-in bookcases, a game table, a half bath, and a covered veranda with great gulf views. The romantic third floor's Queen bedroom features a sitting area, a full bath, and a large patio deck with outstanding gulf views...perfect for gazing at glorious Emerald Coast sunrises and sunsets!

Located on a beautifully landscaped corner lot, Camellia House is a wonderful designer-decorated three-story beach home with travertine and hardwood flooring, plantation shutters, and crown molding...all the charm and amenities you need to relax and enjoy Old Seagrove.
