The best view on Pensacola Beach. Water views from every room. Decks on every floor. Sit on the observation deck and watch the sunset on the gulf, watch the stars, enjoy the dune preserve to the West; and, every body of water in the Pensacola area.
Across the street from the cottage is Little Sabine Bay where you can pull your boat up on the shore. Boating is amazing; lots of sea rays and dolphin, turtles and incredible fishing!
The large master bedroom has the most fabulous view of the dune preserve and the Gulf of Mexico. The master bath has his & her sinks, relaxing whirlpool bath, and separate shower. Balconies from each bedroom and the Great room. HD TVs in each room.
There is a futon in the great room that makes into a large double bed, perfect for the kids; twin beds in one bedroom and a queen in the third. Spacious living, perfect views, relaxing atmosphere; the best vacation experience you will EVER HAVE!!!

Go East from the house approx. 1/2 mile and you are in the core of Pensacola Beach - far enough from the noise at night, but close enough to enjoy the shopping, dining, miniature golf, parasailing, partying, water slide, and general beach fun.
There are no words to express how great this house is! The owner is amazing...her objective is to make this is your best vacation ever, and she makes sure it is. She contacted me several times to ask if we found everything okay, if we needed anything, etc. The house has every amenity that one could want or need, as well as beach gear (paddle boards, boogie boards, chairs, etc). Lots of nice outdoor balcony furniture to see the fabulous views and sunsets. It WAS our best vacation ever, and we are going back!!!
This house on the beach was absolutely amazing. Just steps away from the beach and the bay. The owners have provided just about everything to make our stay comfortable (nice stock of beach towels at the door so we can dry off or whenever we forgot to bring one to the beach). We tried the owner's kayak and paddle boards and became instant favorite things to do in the water. Highly recommend as a family friendly home.
This year our family opted for a beach vacation instead of the Colorado Mountains. My children (7) and (3) had never been to the beach and now they are saying that they loved the beach more than the mountains. This beautiful three story ocean theme beach house was perfect for my family who was looking for a get away from the city and some relaxation. It is the small things like having an outdoor shower to rinse the beach off before going into the house. The large multi-garage area on the first floor to keep all of the sandy beach toys – couldn’t imagine having to store all of these things in a hotel room for a week! The huge balcony outside of each floor allowed us to crank up the Jimmy Buffet, mix up a Pina-Colada and enjoy the beautiful scenery and relaxation. Having a full service house instead of a hotel was a wonderful cost saver as we ate breakfast and lunch at the house and prepared dinner a few nights instead of going out to a restaurant. The beach house is located right along the private beach (for the residents and guests) and has family entertainment, excellent shell hunting, great restaurants, and beautiful scenery. The entertainment, aside from the beach (Navy Museum, Lighthouse, Putt Putt, Go Kart Racing, Fishing, Parasailing, the Pier, etc) kept my children entertained. My family and I look forward to returning next year and staying in this beautiful home.
Our family loves this place! We visited Life's a Beach House last summer and couldn't wait to return again this year. We were not disappointed! The beach is just steps away as well as the bay. Everything you could need is at the house. Peg Leg Pete's is within walking distance and so is the Pensacola fishing pier. You are close to all the attractions on the island but far enough away that it's nice and quiet. Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean. Our favorite spot is on the roof top deck! Beautiful home, perfect location, amazing views. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
The pictures don't begin to tell the story of this perfect beach house. It has every amenity a person could possibly want or need while on vacation. Although I never met the owners of this house, I know they are wonderful. From the moment we arrived and found the special surprises waiting, I knew they must be wonderful people.
You can pick 1 of 3 decks to go sit on and enjoy the breeze and view. The bedrooms are comfortable and had plenty of space. TV's are in every room so everyone can watch what they like.
You are just steps away from the walk to the beach and it takes about 1 minute to get to the sand. The house really is in a great spot. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the house you've been searching for. We will definitely be going back to this house in paradise.
This is a fabulous property with stunning views. We have stayed at several different homes in the past few years on the island. They were all great homes, but our family agreed that this was our favorite. The photos are good but the house/views looks even better in person.
The decks were tremendous! Your view from every room is of the gulf, the protected dune area where the Island Cross is located, Little Sabine Bay, and beyond. The top deck gives you views of the entire island in all directions. The house is gulf side with a dune walkover right outside the gate/garage. The beach is really wide at that spot and it was never crowded. Fort Pickens is just a few miles down the road and is a favorite of my boys. The Pensacola pier, dining, and shopping are all within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a free island trolley that also runs past the house for visitors w/out a car. The neighborhood around the house is very peaceful and quiet.
There are two kayaks there that the owner said we could use. She even brought over extra life jackets for us. Little Sabine Bay is right across the road and we had a great time kayaking there. YOLO boarding classes meet there a few mornings a week. Internet/Phone/Cable worked great and the laundry room is a godsend for anyone with children.
The owner is a lovely person who was helpful in every way. They live on the island full time so if you need anything, they are available. Pat called on our arrival day to let us know the house was ready(early) and welcome us. Can't say enough good things about the house. We hope to be back next summer!
