Herring Cove Village is Provincetown's new construction vacation home property.
This is a stunning, quality design that features a clean, modern and smart floor plan, open living spaces, and incredible light, all in a shiny fresh package. Located in Provincetown's trendy West End, Herring Cove Village provides a convenient yet incredibly serene location that delivers on the very best of 'PTown' living. You're just a quick, beautiful walk over the Moors and Dunes to Herring Cove Beach, Provincetown's most popular beach for gay, lesbian and straight beach goers alike. At the same time, you're only a 15 minute walk or even shorter bike ride to the excitement and action of Provincetown's top restaurants, shops and nightlife. In general, you don't need or want to have a car in Provincetown. You can easily walk, or better yet, rent a bike for the week to get around town. Provincetown offers beautiful biking trails in and around the beaches, dunes, and forests.
Herring Cove Village's location is in easy proximity to some of Provincetown's notable West End fine dining and entertainment establishments. This Herring Cove Village Penthouse Duplex delivers incredible panoramic views from its four-season enclosed cupola and its adjacent 30+ feet high widow's peak roof deck. You'll be simply amazed by the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, Provincetown Harbor, Dunes and Provincetown Monument.
What's more, there's outdoor living from every floor in the building, each with its own special view. Just imagine:
• Enjoying cocktails with friends from enclosed cupola and roof deck with 360° panoramic views
• Watching the sunset over Herring Cove Beach from the Loft bedroom
• Dining on the huge 20'x8' back deck off the Great Room
In fact, gorgeous views will captivate you from the many outdoor decks and picture windows in this unit.
From its inception, the developers and architects of Herring Cove Village strove to blend Cape Cod tradition and charm with modern and unique details in a way that, most importantly, would reflect and take advantage of its premiere West End setting. The result is an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows that brings nature in, a beautiful airy loft leading up to an incredible head house and roof deck, and several other decks and balconies. All of this while still delivering all of the modern conveniences like a chef’s kitchen, a sumptuous master suite and bath, fireplace, and in-unit laundry.
Herring Cove Village is a high-end vacation home development, and as such, features everything and more you would expect and hope.

Beautiful home in a lovely setting
Jim and Ted have a lovely home in the far West End of Provincetown with wonderful views of the moors from the cupola. The house is solidly build and very well equipped. It's just a short walk to the beach and an easy walk or bike ride to the town center. Although it's on the high end per night, it's actually a great value considering the lovely inside and outdoor spaces and the convenient location.
Oasis in West End
Our first stay and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations--bright, clean and well appointed-- and location. The weather was a bit dreary most of our week, unfortunately, so the short walk to bars, restaurants and shopping served as welcome offset. We had a chance to meet Jo, who was very gracious and helpful in getting us checked in. We hope to get back there next year.

A wonderful place!
Really enjoyed staying here, glorious reviews on every side, very clean condo with many amenities. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend.
Beautiful space in a great location
This was a beautiful home near Herring Cove Beach. We were able to walk everywhere. Less than 15 minutes to the Boatslip and about five minutes to the entrance to Herring Cove Beach. We loved the fourth floor deck for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Jo, the property manager was easy to get in touch with and provided great information prior to our arrival. Jim and Ted were also wonderful to deal with.
On our arrival, we were greeted with sparkling wine and fresh flowers. Set the tone for the whole week. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!
Great place... Great location....
Total comfort and luxurious "home". Second year renting this place, relaxing, quiet and walking distance to the beach and town... We love it here! See u again next year!!!

Lovely, immaculate, welcoming vacation home
From beginning to end, our stay here, for our honeymoon, was perfect. The location was ideal; adjacent to national park marshland, but an enjoyable stroll to the center of town. The landlord and the property supervisor were friendly, efficient and responsive. They had roses and champagne for us!
The kitchen was large, modern and fully-equipped. We cooked a few dinners "in" and found it a wonderful spot to work in; you could see the water from the windows. The living room was open with a vaulted ceiling. An open stairway led to the the loft area, where there was a lovely bedroom and a full bath (with a great shower!). A spiral staircase led up to the cupola.
There were 4 wonderful outdoor areas--a large front porch with rocking chairs at the entry level, a large deck with dining table off the kitchen/living room floor, a moderate-sized deck with chairs off the bedroom (3rd floor) and a small but stunning deck adjacent to the cupola all set up with hi deckchairs and binoculars.
We selected this property from the many that were available (this was "shoulder season") because it seemed like a place that would make our week enjoyable even if the weather was poor. And we were right. The decor/windows/lighting made the rooms bright even whilst it rained, and the gas fireplace was a joy to cozy up to.
This condo was everything and more that the listing promised. And the essential things that can make or break a stay, like cleanliness and management responsiveness, were absolutely perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this vacation home and plan on staying there again ourselves
