Woanders
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woanders in the eclectic, family friendly neighborhood of Schöneberg. Tanja’s place was perfect for our family of three. Very clean, well-appointed, surprisingly quiet & spacious with high ceilings, wide plank wood flooring and plenty of style. Parking was free but be prepared to patiently search; we found a space close by and left it for the week as there is no need for a car in Berlin. We loved the variety of restaurants, bakeries, & ice cream shops and would highly recommend Woanders to those who wish to experience Berlin as locals. Thank you Tanja!
Great Berlin flat
We enjoyed our stay in the Woanders flat in Berlin. The neighborhood had several convenient and high quality shops and restaurants. Also convenient for public transportation to further explore Berlin. Property contact was easy to reach and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property for couples or smaller families.
Dream Holiday flat
Barbara and I are seasoned holiday flat renters in Berlin. This flat outdoes them all. The flat itself is very spacious with a shower to die and everything one would need to make one`s stay as amenable as possible. The area is quiet and residential as well as being vibrant and cosmopolitan. Convenient public transport, shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby. We strongly recommend the market on a Saturday morning at the Winterfeldt Platz, a 10 minute walk away Our host Tanya could not have been more welcoming and was always available if needed. For anyone coming to Berlin look no further than this flat. Jim and Barbara

Normalerweise empfehle ich immer allen Gastgebern für meine tollen Gäste die Türen zu öffnen. In diesem Fall bin ich egoistisch und will diese beiden tollen Menschen immer nur bei mir wissen.

A perfect place in Berlin!
Very clean, comfortable and cozy, while easily accommodating a family of five.
Nice place in a nice area, in a typical Berliner neighborhood! Near supermarkets and excellent restaurants! Easy access to public transport. Would definitely consider staying here again!
lovely apartment in Schoenberg
A lovely spacious apartment, very comfortable, good location, warm and cosy. Everything we needed for our 10 day winter visit to Berlin, fully equiped kitchen. Tanya was a good communicator and provided some lovely touches such as fresh flowers and fruit. Highly recommend.

The apartment "somewhere else" is located in a quiet side street and yet right in the middle of the lively acacia district of Berlin-Schöneberg. Schöneberg is an old and organically grown West Berlin district, diverse, lively but also quiet, central and very green - not only politically.
In addition to already legendary institutions such as "Cafe M", "Double Eye" or the "Penguin Club" directly opposite, many new shops are being built with young operators. Children can frolic in the neighboring playgrounds or in the swimming pool 200m away, parents in bars or with coffee, joggers in the Volkspark make their rounds, hungry in the numerous restaurants or on Saturdays on the beloved Winterfeldt market. Culture and art lovers are not far away from the internationally known galleries in the Potsdamer Strasse, but also around there are small art events, sometimes even next door to my wonderful neighbor. Countless playgrounds, fashion shops, nice restaurants and bars but also supermarkets, health food stores, pharmacies, paper and toy shops, bookstores and bakers, all and everything is right in the neighborhood. 15 minutes by public transport to the tourist highlights of the city.
Just around the corner you can rent a bike ... Taxi rank and subway station (U7) are less than 2 minutes away. S-Bahn (S1 and S2 / Julius-Leber-Brücke) and buses (M46, M48, M85, night buses, etc.) are all within walking distance in 5-10 minutes.
