Great location in the Cheesman Park area. This charming 2 bed 2 bath condo is located on the ground floor of a small boutique building with a security entrance. The unit has hardwood floors, granite counter-tops & stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave oven. It's tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with nice quality furnishings, and comes equipped with a 40' flat screen TV, DVD player and free WiFi access...all you need is your laptop and cell phone as there is no land line installed.

The inviting master bedroom comes complete with a plush queen bed, soft linens and comfy pillows; the second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two cozy, twin beds that are just as wonderful for a great night's sleep. The washer & dryer are inside the unit, and the kitchen is equipped with all the basics you might need.

Ideally located just a short drive from downtown Denver, you'll find it's close to all the shopping at Cherry Creek, and is walking distance to Denver's Botanical Gardens and Cheesman Park. There are many fine restaurants and eateries near enough to try as you explore all Denver has to offer.

Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this condo is a terrific alternative to staying in a hotel. We're looking for courteous, responsible guests only who enjoy a quiet environment.

We use this condo ourselves while we're in town on business or pleasure, and enjoy its central location.

What makes this condo unique

Walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and Cheesman Park. It's just a short drive to all the shopping and restaurants at Cherry Creek. Getting downtown to the 16th Street Mall or the ball park is a breeze, and just a short 10-15 minute drive. We often drive down Broadway and hit all the antique shops.

Lovely Apartment with a Perfect Location

A perfectly appointed and immaculate apartment nestled next to Cheeseman Park, Denver Botanic Gardens, Congress Park, and Capitol Hill. Always a short car ride to everything in Denver and neighboring Cherry Creek. The building is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and housed with all necessary amenities one would need for a short or long term stay in this great city! The owners and management company are professional, caring, accommodating, and quick to respond on any questions or needs. The neighborhood is as lovely with walking distance to nice restaurants in Congress Park and Capitol Hill. Cheeseman Park is delightful for a run or walk on a beautiful day. Parking is never a problem and finding something fun to grill on the gas grill in the court yard adds to the amenities. We can not wait to visit again and enjoy Denver while staying in this lovely apartment. Thank you for everything!!!!

Wonderful "Home" Experience in Denver

This Denver "home" was exceptional and made for a memorable week in Colorado. It was extremely clean with great decor that is welcoming & comfortable. I was also impressed with the small guest details provided throughout the condo. The location in Denver is great, within a few miles of Cherry Creek for shopping and great restaurants, as well as all the activities Denver has to offer. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

Updated Contemporary Condo - Denver Metro Area

It was very clean and we thought we were the first to stay there. They had everything we needed, washer, dryer, iron, blow dryer, coffee maker, etc. It was two blocks from the Botanical Gardens and three blocks from Cheeseman Park. There were lots of restaurants and even a cleaner conveniently located. Downtown was very easy to get to and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends. The managers were there when we needed them and information was readily available.

GREAT LOCATION: Condo 1225 York Denver, CO

We stayed at this condo for 1 week with our daughter and son in law. Property & condo were clean and well maintained. Great location. Nice patio area to grill and have dinner outside. Having a washer and dryer was a great plus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer in Denver = Awesome

Did a road trip with my two sisters to Denver in early August and stayed at the Monteray. Loved it! It was very clean, quite and within walking distance to lots of stuff. We enjoyed walking to the botanical garden and renting the B-cycles to get downtown along the canal bike path. We also loved that the place was within walking distance to some great parks for running/walking. The best part was the keyless entry which allowed us to get in and out of the apartment without the hassel of carrying around a key. Beds were very comfortable and overall it was a great stay! 100 x better than a hotel. You can't go wrong staying here. Enjoy Denver!!

Worked Fabulous for us while in Denver

Location was fabulous for us while in Denver. The owners were very helpful and the unit was charming. It was a little cool in Denver so we did partake in the outdoor patio, yet it would be a delightful space for a BBQ. Having a washer/ dryer in the unit and "basic supplies" in the kitchen was very handy. If you are a botanical garden fan there is probably no better place to stay in Denver. We will definately stay here again when in Denver.
