This rental is located in the heart of beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, only two blocks from Main Street and surrounded by the incredible Rocky Mountains. It is a quaint Victorian style, spacious 1,750 sq. ft. townhouse. Our home is newly remodeled, with everything a vacationer's heart could desire. This immaculate retreat comfortably sleeps 8 with 3 large bedrooms and 3 baths. It can sleep 10 if the sofa sleeper is used. There are two queen beds - one in each of two bedrooms and twin bunk beds (4 total beds) in the third. Relaxing is easy, with a large living room and dining area, natural rock fireplace and fully outfitted kitchen.

Breckenridge's downtown district hosts world class restaurants and quaint unique stores which are only a couple blocks' easy stroll away. A grocery store, sledding hill, playground and bike path are within a few steps of this gorgeous townhouse. Only 500 meters from the Peak 9 chair lifts and with the free shuttle bus only half a block from your front door, its quick and easy to get to the Breckenridge ski slopes and anywhere else in this resort town, as well as the surrounding mountain towns and resorts. The location of this townhouse can't be beat!

Why Nate Collins chose Breckenridge

We bought this house so that we could share our love of Breckenridge and the Rockies with our children. We can't think of anyplace better to spend our vacations! The mountains are beautiful and full of adventure, no matter the season. Being a very outdoor-oriented family, it was important to have a vacation home in a place where we could access everything from mountain biking and hiking to skiing and rafting. And although Breckenridge offers the North American wilderness out its back door, it is an easy trip from Denver International Airport and is close to many other resorts, mountain towns and activities. In the unlikely event we get tired of Breck itself, there is so much else within a short drive.

What makes this townhome unique

We love being in the center of town, on a quiet street, yet close to all the shops and restaurants and the resort base. When looking for a vacation home, we wanted a place that felt like it was part of the community, not set apart in a resort development, a car drive's away from the town. Breckenridge is full of history and character and, staying in this home, we are part of that. We can walk down to the local coffee shop in the morning for a fresh croissant and cafe au lait. We can drop our skis off to be tuned on the way back from the slopes, before poking our head into Breckenridge Brewery for an apres ski refreshment. We can saunter back home from our choice of what seems like a hundred amazing restaurants, without worrying about where we parked. We can hop on first class singletrack or hiking trail, heading up to Mt. Baldy, right out our back door. This home is truly in the heart of it all.

The Best Townhouse in the Best Location

We were in Breckenridge to celebrate the 30th birthday of our youngest (the young people happen to be across the street, 23 in that house). I made the choice of the VRBO based on the past reviews. The reviews were right on the money. We had wonderful time skiing, tubing and seeing the sites and were thrilled to come back to a clean, roomy and comfy home. There are two rooms upstairs the master suite and one room with two sets of bunk-beds, and the first floor has one bedroom. The unit has a chrome cast on the tv so if you watch any shows in your down time your can watch via the internet because the house also has wifi. Everything is within close walking distance. Oh the grocery store is one block west and it's open until 11pm just an fyi. Hope to come back next ski season.

Great location with plenty of room for 8 member family!

Our 8-member family rented this lovely town home for a long weekend December getaway in Breckenridge and couldn't be more happy that we did. The home is in very good condition and had enough space for our teen-to-early 20's kids to stretch out without feeling cramped. The home is in a very convenient location (walking distance) to main street activities as well as Peak 9 ski lifts. Grocery story is literally just around the corner. Nate was helpful with suggestions of activities other than skiing which came in handy. I'm one of those people who is always a little nervous about renting a place on line without the benefit of a personal referral, but I would recommend Nate's home to my own family and friends. Great place, great location!

Fantastic townhouse

We wanted to spend the night in Breckenridge after attending Octoberfest. This is a great place to stay. Plenty of room. 3 bedrooms. One of them has 2 bunk beds and I guess you can sleep on the couches in the living room. The place is very clean and well kept. It is only a 2 block walk into downtown Breckenridge.
