Christmas 2018 reservations must have a check-out date no later than Dec 28. New Year's reservations can check in no earlier than Dec 28.

All 7th night stays include one free night excluding holidays). However, the VRBO/Homeaway website does not display a free night on the check-out screen and will simply deduct the average of a free night into the nightly rate. Book with confidence knowing that you are receiving a free night for stays of at least 7 nights.

The views are just spectacular!

This is a very nice property and the view of the mountains are incredible! Secluded hot tub was a big bonus. It rained a few days and we had no problem just hanging out at the house. It was just a delight. It was also nice being able to bring our 2 standard poodles. I must caution if you are sensitive to altitude you may have a problem. The house is built on the mountain and elevation is about 11K so be prepared. Also, driveway is a bit tricky if you have a long wheelbase like a Ford F150 but with a little practice you will be fine.

Beautiful home with amazing views!

This was our second trip to the Breckenridge area and first time staying in this home. We will be back! The home was a great size for our family with a great game room that our whole family spent time in together. It was very quiet and having the national forest at your back door was a huge plus. I would recommend this home and Book Breck to all my friends!

Amazing location. Breathtaking views amazing cabin

Beautiful log cabin home with 2 large appointed bedrooms and large sleeping loft area with 3rd bathroom. True breckenridge mountain woods living! Close to town but away enough to feel high country living. Overall great experience and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and return.

Great house!

We loved staying at this house. It was large and had plenty of room for our group. We loved sitting in the hot tub at night. The pool table and ping pong were fun for everyone.

Beautiful cabin, wonderfully equipped, outstanding mountain views!

This cabin is beautiful! Everything was perfect when we walked in. The neighborhood was quiet, and folks were friendly when we ran into them while walking our dog. We saw a moose chowing down in a neighbor's yard. Thanks to the warning note the owner left on the kitchen counter, we knew not to approach it. We totally enjoyed watching it from a safe distance. The entire stay was awesome!
