Opened in 2004, built in the Hawaiian plantation style, this Fairway villas condo, located overlooking the Kings Village lake, is appointed with Island style furnishings that deliver luxury for a reasonable price.

The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, stone countertops, eat-in kitchen, CATV and DVD players in each room, complimentary fast Wi-Fi connection, and is loaded with extras like boogie boards and ice chests to make your Hawaii vacation care free. The unit is steps away from the large infinity pool and in-ground Jacuzzi spa, and close to the complimentary outdoor BBQ grills and exercise room. Golfers love the location, on the fairway at the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably.

A short ten minute walk to the beach at Anaehoomalu Bay, and a brief drive from four other beaches, including the world famous Hapuna Beach, which is frequently listed as one of the top ten beaches in the United States. You are a short drive from the cattle ranches of Waimea, the spectacular vistas of Kilauea volcano, or fishing and snorkel cruises out of Kona Town. Drive to the tops of dormant volcanoes, or arrange a winter ski trip on the slopes of Mauna Loa. Snorkel, surf and boogie-board by day, enjoy the spectacular restaurants at night.

Waikoloa Fairway Villas

The condo was perfect for our family. The condo was beautiful and in the perfect place to watch the golfers on the course. It was centrally located between Kona and Kohala. There were activities (i.e. ATV rides, Ride the flume in a kayak, swim with the dolphines, zipline adventure, plenty of fishing and beautiful beaches along the Kona - Kohala Coasts to name a few). For the Ladies, plenty of shopping in Kona and Kohala. Kohala is the birthplace of King Kamehameha I. It is also a quiet place to kick back and rest. One can even see the lava flows from the air by way of helicopters and visit the Volcano Nat'l Park. Activity Brochures and maps can be gathered at the King or Queen Shopping Centers. We will return to the Big Island to complete our visit. In conclusion, with our preparation for our visit the listing of this property was accurate regarding the location, the photos of the listing reflected the rentals appearance and cleanliness, I wqas in contact with the owner prior to our visit and he was helpful in our decision making to select his property for our stay. I would definitly recommend Waikoloa Fairway Villas the place to stay. Mahalo!!!!
