Great place to stay!
We really loved our stay ! Very well stocked with whatever we needed. Great location- if we weren’t at the beach, we were on the balcony. The only negative thing was the floors weren’t very clean. If we went barefoot, our feet would be dirty. Other than that, all was great. We would definitely stay at the unit again!
Perfect Family getaway
We loved everything about the condo and proximity to the private beach access. We didn’t go eat in any restaurants because of Covid, but we had take out from Pizza by the Sea, Shuck Gulley, Stinky’s and picked up fresh shrimp and fish from Goatfeathers. Kids loved getting shaved ice. Not having to wait in traffic to get lunch/dinner is why we love this part of 30A. The views from the condo are amazing and being able to watch the kids at the pool from the balcony was a bonus. Would definitely stay again! Kirk was amazing at communication and great with quick responses.
Great place for a beach getaway
This was our second stay in a Gulf Place condo. Santa Rosa Beach is an amazing beach, and the Gulf Place dedicated access means you can go back and forth very quickly and easily with or without shoes. The pools are very nice, and pizza, beer, oysters, ice cream and many other things are available without getting in the car. If you do get in the car, you can get to Publix, fresh seafood, hiking and multiple state parks in 10 minutes or less. Kirk's unit is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Being a condo unit, the only issues we noted were the fact that smoking is in fact allowed on (other people's) balconies, and there can be some foot traffic noise from the overhead unit; obviously these are not in the owner's control. Kirk is very communicative and proactive, and check-in and check-out is very straightforward with a code delivered by text. Check it out!
Gulf Place- the only place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 302 Gulf Place Caribbean. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay pleasurable. We will likely rent this condo again in the future.

Why Kirk Lee chose Gulf Place
For years we rented at various places along Scenic 30A. We decided to buy our unit at Gulf Place Carribean because it is on the third floor, has a good view of the gulf, and is as close as we could get to the beach from a property located on the north side of 30A. In front of the building are elegant single family homes. So, whenever we went to the beach we found a quiet place away from others. The sunsets from either the beach or balcony are beautiful. The sand is white. The sea is emerald.
What makes this Condo unique
There are more than three private access points to the beach, just a short walk away. Within Gulf Place there are a number of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. A gas and convenience store just down the street. Plenty of convenient parking at the building.
