What makes this Condo unique
5 miles of uncrowded beach, whale watching in Maalaea Bay which is the Humpback Whale calving and breeding grounds during the winter months (November through April) right in front of the property! Ocean swimming, boogie boarding and surfing (during south swells), and windsurfing! The Pacific Whale foundation is a 10 minute walk from the property so you can walk to your whale watch tour, or take educational classes without a car! Their is a charming local store called 'Tradewinds' AND the Harbor General Store with espresso, groceries and deli. 5 minutes by foot, for local meat, fruits and vegetables, liquor.

Great place to call home on Maui
We loved being here. Every amenity supplied. Great Aloha welcome touches with orchids and Mac nut candy. The green sea turtles put on a terrific welcome show for us. Well thought out design and decor. Very nice towels and other beach gear available to use. We would definitely stay here again. Thx
Breakfast every morning on a deck just feet from the ocean, surrounded by palm trees and watching sea turtles play in the surf... Truly AMAZING! Spacious, gorgeous and well stocked location, with incredible communication from the rental company! 7 days and 6 nights of a dream vacation! The location will not leave you wanting anything. It was wonderful!
Gorgeous condo with amazing beachfront views!
This condo is beautiful and exactly as pictured in photos. The owners and management were very gracious and helpful; very easy process. This condo is truly beachfront with breath taking view of bay. We watched whales play every day from our lanai. The furnishings were perfect and plenty of dishes and supplies. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone! This was one of the best condos at this resort. I loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat! Maui is a beautiful island and the condo was close to all areas-Lahaina, Kihei and other areas.
Amazing Beachfront Property
The condo is exactly as described and is a beautiful, centrally located, beachfront property. We spent 10 wonderful days here with our friends, celebrating multiple life events. We woke up every morning having breakfast on the lanai and watching the turtles play. The owners provide plenty of supplies with regards to dishes and cookware. In addition, they have many beach supplies that were put to good use. We rented a Jeep for the duration of our stay and, although the parking lot is somewhat small, parking was not a problem.
There are a couple general stores nearby for last minute items; however we stopped at Costco and Walmart as prices are more comparable to the Chicago area. There is plenty of shopping by the Maui Ocean Center and if you have a chance I would check out Beach Bums, their food is amazing! Road to Hana and Mama's Fish House (well worth the money) are additional must see's while in Maui.
We enjoyed our stay so much that the four of us have already started to talk about our next trip back. We look forward to returning to Maui in the future and hope that this condo will be available. It will be our first "go to" when we select dates for our next trip back.
Why would we ever leave
We had a wonderful 10 day holiday at this unit.
Opened the sliding door to the lanai overnight to listen to the waves breaking on the beach. Turtle watching on the reef right outside the unit & complex. Whales surfacing and breaching just off the beach. Wildlife refuge next door with lots of bird watching - the Black Crowned Night Herons were spectacular! Walking distance to a great aquarium and decent restaurants.
Why would we ever want to leave?
Cons: Air conditioning unit upstairs continues to be very noisy.
Yes, sometimes those portable A/C units are typically more nosier that the wall mounted ones. But.....Great news! The owners have already scheduled a split central air condoning system to be installed in March. YAY!
We loved the property. It’s right on the beach, so we could go for a long walk each morning. The loft views the ocean in the morning. It has 2 bedrooms, but bear in mind if with friends, the upstairs is a loft and you could potentially hear people below and lacks privacy. We were glad to be alone.
Mahalo for your review! Just a heads up for future travelers, this condo will be getting a nice split system installed in the next month so each bedroom will also be cooled nicely for an even more comfortable night sleep. In addition the owners will be doing a bit of re-construction to the loft to provide privacy from below when needed but also the option to enjoy that beautiful beach view as desired (so master loft sleepers will have options for privacy, a quiet nights sleep and a beautiful view) :-)
Conveniently within walking distance to restaurants from casual to fine dining, Maui Aquarium, public transportation and family sports center that features; (mini golf, water bumper boats, extreme trampoline and rock climbing) gas, shopping and the harbor! Maalaea is the most central location to all points of interest saving lots of drive time. We are always available and hands on helping our guests plan all of their Maui fun so that they have the best Maui experience possible!
