The property was very nice, trying to work with VRBO to resolve an issue was horrible

The property was not anywhere near where the VRBO map location showed when I booked. I spoke to several people at VRBO who were NOT helpful at all and the owner made it very clear the problem was on VRBO side. No one at VRBO/Homeaway had any concern whatsoever. They did correct the site after I had paid in full and everyone was happy about that but it did not change the situation for me. I have screen shots of the original location shown on the map and it is at least half to three quarters of a mile away. It is analogous to booking beachfront propert that is a mile from the beach. Not just disappointed with the situation but the support from VRBO was awful, extremely unconcerned folks on the other end of the phone. Will use other sites (i.e. competitors to Homeaway) exclusively from now on.
