Welcome to Victoria’s luxury condominium, The Falls! Surrounded by a lush garden court yard and cascading waterfalls, your stay at The Falls promises to be a unique and memorable experience!

Whether you are coming here for a vacation or coming here on business, our richly furnished air conditioned condominium is equipped with all the luxuries of home! Come and enjoy the beautiful downtown views on your private balcony or enjoy them through the unit's floor to ceiling windows!

Our 700 Square foot 1 Bedroom condominium features a custom Italian Shiffini kitchen and a spa like bathroom. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, polished granite countertops and black pinewood cabinetry with precision soft-touch closure. Our condominium also has an outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym / hot tub and a double-gated secure underground parking spot.

In the bedroom, you will find a luxurious ultra plush queen size bed and a spacious closet. Additional sleeping is available on a high grade, plush double hide-a-bed in the living room. Cable television, wireless internet and a home phone (free local calling) are just a few of the many amenities provided in this elegantly appointed accommodation.

Situated in the heart of Downtown Victoria, and one block from Victoria’s famous Inner Harbour, come and experience nightly outdoor shows by local buskers (Summer), book various ocean activities from whale watching to charter fishing adventures, or golf! For those interested in shopping, come and experience Victoria’s boutique shops on Government Street or visit the Bay Center… only a 5-minute walk away!

For those out of town guests that do not have access to a vehicle, the unit is less than a 10 minute walk from the Victoria Clipper or the Coho Ferry docks and is just up the road from the Grey Hound Bus Depot.

About The Owner

My sister and I are working professionals who were born and raised in Victoria! We love our city and have lived here for over 30 years! Renting our condo allows us to showcase our beautiful city to others! We both love to travel and know how important it is to stay in a clean, comfortable home away from home that is conveniently located in the heart of all a city has to offer.

Why The Owner chose Victoria

Our condo is located in downtown Victoria and is only a short walk to all the major downtown tourist attractions(Royal British Columbia Museum, Parliament Buildings, Inner Harbour, Government Street etc.). If staying downtown is not to your liking, our unit is a short drive to other local activities and attractions (Hiking, Golf Courses, University of Victoria etc.). From the unit, you can enjoy the beautiful downtown skyline as well as the world famous Parliament Building lights at night!

Fantastic place!

Pretty much perfect, not sure what else to say! The apartment its self was immaculate and had everything we needed for the week we were there (laundry detergent, dish soap, shower supplies, etc). Location is pretty much unbeatable with the Empress, BC Museum and the parliament all visible from the balcony. Oh, and did I mention it's air conditioned? Building is super secure with fob access to the building and all floors. Beautiful little pool overlooking empress as well.

Pretty much guaranteed next time we're coming back to Victoria this will be the first place we try to book!

Best experience

This was the best experience with a vacation rental we have had in a long time. The space is new and modern and all conveniences were there, including the balcony to people watch and sit in the sun in July. We are city lovers so this was the ideal spot for us. But if you get tired of city sounds you can close the two sliding glass doors as they are very sound proof. If you want a comfortable stay in Victoria for 1-2 people, this is it.

Wonderful!

Thanks to the owners for providing a beautiful condo in a perfect spot in Victoria!

1 block from the Harbour and a walk out the front to all of downtown.

We were greeted on arrival by Kempton who was friendly and helpful with lots of answers about Victoria.

The condo is beautiful and spotless. Excellent security in the building in the condo and in the parking area.

This is a great location. Traffic in Victoria can be nasty, so staying right downtown means we could avoid driving unless going out of town or to a distant local spot.

Thank you and we will be back :)

The condo was beautiful with a well equipped kitchen.

The hosts, Lucy and Kempton were wonderful! They met us at the condo and reviewed all of the amenities. The location is perfect, downtown and close to everything. A car is not necessary due to location. Grocery shopping, restaurants, and pubs are all close. We loved it and certainly plan to return.

Great place. Clean, comfortable, Convenient

The place is perfect. Walk to everything. Had a parking space for when we rented a car. Even though it was downtown, it was quiet with a great view. The hosts had even some staples there for our use. Plus, they created a great handbook with ideas for places to go.

Perfect location

If you want to be in town, this is the perfect spot. You can walk to the harbor plus all around town. The tour buses are less than a block away. The condo has everything you need plus a hair dryer. A nice family to do work with. The property is clean and comfortable.
