This top floor condo has views as far as the eye can see, up

and down the coast. Watch the seagulls fly by your deck and windows.

This unit has 3 decks, one off each bedroom and one off the living room.

Very quit and peaceful unit. Fantastic sunsets are yours without leaving the unit.

Everything you need is in a two mile radius. Looking north over historic crystal pier.to lajolla coast. Looking south past the coranodo islands

Sister units to # 237291 and #248312. The unit is in see the sea building and faces the ocean directly. No peek a boo views or between ends of building etc,, the only thing between you and the ocean is ocean blvd and the beach, Watch cruise ships and navy ships leave and arrive in the harbour. Watch sail boats go up and down the coast. Your at almost eye level with the coast guard helicopters flying up and down the coast. 57' HDTV,with over 200 HD channels,WIFI

Sunsets are unbelievable to watch right from your unit.

Great location and AMAZING view

This is our second stay at See The Sea condos. The first time we rented a condo that faced north (street view). It's definitely worth the extra cost to get this condo (#76) on 4th flood with amazing direct ocean views thru the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows and 3 Arcadia doors. Especially enjoyed the daily flights of the pelicans (at eye level!) from the front deck. Fantastic location within walking distance of a variety of great restaurants and shopping. The owner, Ron, was extremely friendly and welcoming. I'm looking forward to many return visits to this property.

Perfect location and very refreshing

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this condo (See the Sea #76). The location is pretty much perfect—spectacular views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets each evening over Crystal Pier, one block to CVS and two blocks to the grocery store, many nearby restaurants. The boardwalk out front provides opportunities for people and ocean watching from the three decks (we forgot our binoculars but will remember them next time). The beach is truly steps away right in front of the condo and was perfect for swimming, the water very refreshing. There is a convenient shower to rinse off sand just inside the gated garage and a parking space that goes with #76. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each night—it was lovely that both bedrooms looked out on the ocean and had individual decks. We had our cake and ate it too, because we were close to the action by Crystal Pier and yet on the fourth floor the sounds of people below us were muted by the ocean.

The condo is older and modestly furnished, but everything that matters to us was just right. All the essential kitchen appliances were fairly new and working well. And the beds were quite comfortable. Towels and linens are furnished along with hairdryers but do bring beach towels. You can rent chairs and umbrellas at Ray’s Rentals, about five blocks away.

Ron responded quickly each time we interacted. One minor thing to note is that the $200 refundable deposit is not completely refundable after all since there is a credit card fee Ron has to pay out of it, so it’s really $158 dollars that gets refunded. I suggested to Ron that he itemize differently to make this clear up front and avoid confusion.

I highly recommend the condo. We are already considering a family vacation next summer at See the Sea, possibly with two condos so our adult kids could take the second one.

The perfect spot in PB!

We stayed here with our two very young children during an uncharacteristically chilly week in August. It was a splurge for us, but we were particularly glad to be staying in such a great place given the extra time we had to spend indoors! The views (and the balconies!) are the obvious highlight, but the general location, the convenience of check-in, the comfortable beds, and the spotless cleanliness of the condo deserve a mention as well. We were so sad to leave, and will definitely try to stay in one of Ron's units again the next time we are in Pacific Beach.

If you are looking for a five star resort, this isn't for you. But, if you are looking for a comfortable place with amazing views, then this is it! We loved it and are already planning another stay!
