This large home on *Isle of Palms is located within a very quiet residential neighborhood with almost no vehicle traffic. This spacious home offers a private swimming pool with sun deck and easy beach access. With only a three and one half minute walk to the beach, you'll have very direct beach access.
This home is also located only two blocks from the Isle of Palms city park which includes tennis courts, baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts and playground. After returning from the beach or park, the kids can continue having fun in the private swimming pool while you keep an eye on them from the sun deck. Fun plus convenience will equal relaxation for you!
With five bedrooms (four Queen beds and two Twin beds), two sleeper sofas (Queen size) in the two living rooms, den, three full bathrooms, full kitchen and large screened porch, this home can easily accommodate 12 guests.

About the owner: I am a mortgage broker in PA and the owner of Cody Financial Mortgage Services, Inc. which has an office in Camp Hill, PA, Boiling Springs, PA and Charleston, SC. I grew up in upstate NY and went to college at SUNY Plattsburg to be a teacher. I lived in LA and San Diego for 15 years after I graduated from college, met my husband Bruce in L.A., was married in 1988 and moved to Carlisle, PA in 1992 with our 3 children. We have resided in Carlisle, PA for 22 years.
Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms, SC, USA:
I purchased this property as our vacation home in 2012. We love Charleston because of the warm weather, friendly people, excellent restaurants, and southern charm. We vacationed in Charleston almost every summer with our family and friends and decided it was our favorite place to purchase our vacation home.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We fell in love with this home because it is in such a quiet neighborhood, yet only 1.5 blocks from the beach. Also, the road the home is on has direct beach access so it is only a 3-4 minute walk from the house until your feet are in the sand. We also love all the room there is in the house. There is a large living room downstairs and a large living room upstairs, as well as a nice den on the second floor which is in the front of the house and has a lot of windows to get the morning sunshine. The deck on the back is large and perfect for hanging out in the pool after a long day at the beach or having a BBQ. We eat every meal out on the deck when the weather is nice.
