Tastefully decorated and well appointed, our condominium has everything you'll need to enjoy your Cabo get-away. Plus with 2200 square feet of living space spread out over two levels you'll have ample room to entertain guests, or simply have quite times with each other.

Our apartment overlooks the exclusive Mar Adentro and Tortuga Bay resorts. It also offers you beautiful, nearly unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortes with sweeping vistas to Punta Palmilla. The development itself is surrounded on three sides by The Vidanta Golf Course with its expansive greenbelt. So, when sitting out on the terrace there is a peaceful and intimate appeal. Being on the top floor of The Peninsula, our unit enjoys lush, balmy, tropical breezes that keep the atmosphere buoyant and enjoyable. However, for those times when humidity or heat closes-in the air-conditioners cool the entire unit in mere minutes.

While not adverse to accommodating children, our condominium is NOT equipped for the needs of an infant, or toddler.

The Peninsula is a PRIVATE and GATED community of 63 condominiums. We also employ a private security service (not that it's needed...the entire region is completely safe and the locals are accommodating and friendly). Our grounds are lushly landscaped with flowering Bougainvillea and many species of fruit-bearing trees throughout it's welcoming exterior spaces. Villa 4 is just steps away from The Peninsula's Grand Palapa. Our immense infinity edge pool is heated and features separate rest-room/shower facilities, making it an ideal location for barbecuing and dining al fresco with your family and friends.

And...because The Peninsula is conveniently located. It is close to EVERYTHING...the beach, downtown San Jose, Mega. You can literally WALK to whatever you need!

What makes this condo unique

Waking up just before dawn to watch the sky as the sun breaks the horizon. Sitting on the terrace in late afternoon with a mojito and listening to the sound of the waves as they come rolling in. Watching the whales play during their annual migration. Floating in our enormous pool. Chilling under the Grand Palapa with a cold cerveza while grilling some steaks on the BBQ. Driving the East Cape Road and discovering new beaches. Scuba diving at Cabo Pulmo. Making our way back home via the Palo Escopeta road and being blessed with the most furious shades of red, magenta, violet and orange as the sun sets in front of you. Snorkeling at Playa Santa Maria or Chileno Bay. Zip-lining up in the arroyo at Costa Azul. The February Art Festival in Todos Santos. The nightlife and glitz of San Lucas. Beautiful condo and complex. Woo Hoo sunny Mexico!!!

My wife and I spent 15 days in San Jose del Cabo; James and Robert's condo was the perfect home away from home to explore this amazing location. Robert was very engaging and checked in after we arrived just to make sure everything was working alright. The condo is fully stocked and beautiful with quality furniture and accessories, pride of ownership is very apparent. You will find that the huge pool and comfortable loungers overlooking the golf course is enough to get you into a relaxed state of mind before venturing out to the amazing local beaches. The location is perfect and everything truly is within walking distance. However, you may chose to rent a car to take advantage of the full range of opportunities both within San Jose and the surrounding areas. We used Cactus and had no BS, upselling or questions upon return. The newer La Comer market, maybe a half mile up the road, rivals the best US markets offering anything you could want including traditional gourmet salami and cheeses to fresh Ceviches and Salsa's daily and fresh, warm tortillas. Robert's recommendation for Jazz Tapas did not disappoint, their sampler plate was delicious. We also recommend the Thursday night Art Walk and Teo's Grill on the way downtown, the best Beef/Prawn Molcajete I've had. San Jose is a step up from the traditional Mexican vacation town with the party atmosphere dialed down and the quality of restaurants and shops turned up. We would love to stay in Robert and James' condo again and felt like family among the owners and residents of this small complex of condo's.

Sunrises and cool breezes!

As first time VRBO renters I was a little nervous about the whole process and what we would be getting when we got there, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a clean , brightly decorated condo with nice view of golf course and ocean. The cool breezes that swept in kept us comfortable , no need for air conditioning. Condo well stocked with linens and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and dining in. The outdoor pool and Cabana area was lovely and great for relaxing and reading a book, or cooling off in the crescent shaped pool. Although we did not participate, there was a game night , zumba by the pool, and a potluck dinner for condo users.The condo is conviently located in the hotel zone , with restaurants, shops and the beach close by.We enjoyed an early morning walk on the beach to see the sunrise and the manta rays jumping and feeding. We had a great week! We would definitely rent James' condo again!

A Jewel in Cabo

Comfortable, clean, secure and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the condo with all the amenities and its excellent location. It has become our home away from home. We’ve stayed in Cabo a few times now and we keep coming back to this lovely condo. The condo has a Mexican feel and you’ll love the balcony and it’s sweeping ocean views. Beaches and attractions are fully accessible by foot. The kitchen is fully supplied with what ever you might need to cook a meal. But why cook when there are dozens of excellent inexpensive eating establishments within a short walk away. The owners were so helpful and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Great Stay In Cabo Wabo

Hi, we stayed for 8 days loved the condo, great views and it had everything we needed to cook and go to the beach. Very clean as shown in pics!! Stores and restaurants close by. The bus transportation was easy to figure out and use to get around. We got over to Cabo San Lucas it was nice but very busy, was nice to stay here, complex was quiet and relaxing very private. Loved the pool area. The rooftop views were great and the stars at night were amazing, also got the full moon several nights!! The beach and water were spectacular even got to see stingrays jumping out of the water! Would definately go back!! A+

Perfect place for a perfect vacation!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this rental for our Christmas vacation and it was beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. There was a large balcony with a beautiful view of the water. Perfect for picture taking. Everything you want or need is in waking distance including the gorgeous beach!! I can't wait to come back, I will definitely stay here again!

Just as Promised

My husband and I stayed at this condo for one week and just loved it. It was very comfortable and quiet, and the infinity pool is fantastic. The balcony is large and you can see the ocean waves crashing. The sun was shining every day we were there, and we enjoyed walking to Mega, old downtown, out to eat. We did not rent a car and instead walked to Mega and caught the bus from there to Cabo San Lucas for our whale watching tour and to see the sights over there. You can also ride the bus from Mega to other great beaches like Las Palmitas. We highly recommend this condo; the owners could not be more helpful and kind.
