North Mountain area of North Phoenix-The home is located next to Cave Creek Park & attached Cave Creek golf course. Shaw Butte & North Mountains are 5 minutes away offering great hiking with beautiful views of the valley.
THE HOME
You are renting the home, excluding a guest space within the home. The home has a separate guest space within it. This listing is for the main portion of the home with a separate entrance. ***The guest space within the home is not included in this listing***
THE RENTAL
This rental has a private entrance into the kitchen, at the LEFT SIDE OF THE HOME, consisting of a large updated kitchen with new appliances, dining area seating 4 guests, large living room (great room) master bedroom with king bed, attached bathroom with standing shower (no tub), work space in the den with full size bed .
***NOTE: The den bedroom with full size bed is a WALK-THROUGH to the master bedroom*** The bathroom is at the very back of the rental - guests must walk through the den AND master bedroom to get to the bathroom. If a guest is sleeping in the den, they will need to walk through the the master bedroom to get to the bathroom.
This rental has direct access to the back patio, back yard & laundry room through the SLIDING DOOR in the living room.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The LAUNDRY ROOM IS SHARED & is located at the back yard off of the back patio. It is separate from the home. There is a front loader washer and dryer available. There is no AC in the laundry room- there is a portable AC unit in the laundry room.
BACK YARD
The BACK YARD IS SHARED. The back yard features a Mountain View in the yard, desert landscape, covered pergola, outdoor sectional couch beneath, wood burning fire pit, small charcoal grill, dining area on the patio seats 4 with plenty of additional seating In the yard. Guests may use the table torches & tiki torches, fire pit & grill.
***CHILDREN
THIS SPACE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR INFANTS OR YOUNG CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13 AS PER RULES. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13.
***THERMOSTAT
There is a locked smart thermostat in the home. Host/Homeowner manages the smart thermostat remotely. Guests can contact host to adjust thermostat setting if necessary.
NOISE
Guests may vaguely hear noise in the home via the separate guest space in the home. If any issues, guests should contact the host/homeowner to address immediately via call or text.
PARKING
There are 3 parking spaces in the driveway in front of the garage and 2 spaces on the street in front of the home.
SAFETY
The home is professionally monitored through Frontpoint Security System. The property features exterior cameras, door and window sensors, indoor glass break sensors, and indoor motion detectors. NO INDOOR CAMERAS.
