We are an executive rental. You wake up to the sun rising over the ocean from your 5 star hotel bed with 800 thread count sheets in your lofted bedroom with 19' glass windows. You have your coffee in our gourmet kitchen outfitted with everything you need to make your special meal using the organic ingredients and fresh seafood available just outside your door...you decide to eat out instead choosing from a multiple of possibilities including the Relais + Chateaux acclaimed Wickaninnish Inn (you'd stay there but you prefer over 1200 sq ft of private living space and a 270 sq ft deck). We are located in downtown Tofino on Main Street and you can walk everywhere.
You enjoy nature fully but you don't always want to stay rustic. You appreciate design and are well travelled. If this sounds like you we have a match for your accommodation in Tofino.

About Maddy Kelly
We actually bought this property when it was a concept back in 2007. The reality has exceeded our expectations. I am born in Vancouver and spent many childhood vacations camping and fishing in the playground that is Vancouver Island. We chose Tofino because we could live without a car (breath of fresh air for city folk) yet we still had the urban comfort experience that we have come to appreciate.

This property from an architectural/interior design perspective represents a combined love of the urban and of nature. We enjoy the setting, at the end of the road, at the tip of the island; there is a sense of 'arriving' at last.
What makes this condo unique
We breathe here. The air is good. The food is excellent. The people are happy. We kayak, we climb, we surf, we eat, we hang, we read, and we walk...through the forest, down the beach, up the road.

AMAZING stay in Tofino!!
I would highly recommend this fabulous condo! Feel like you're staying at a 5 Star Hotel!! Spectacular views, beautiful, peaceful location and everything within walking distance. Have visited before and was thrilled the 'Crab Lady' was still in business (opposite the gas station on the way into town). Crab feeds for several nights at a fraction of the restaurant cost. Pay an extra $1.00 and Margaret will clean the crab for you. All we needed was a large pot, back at the condo, and hot salted water and we were in Crab Heaven. Add a beautiful glass of wine, sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquility of Tofino. Thank you Maddy for sharing your beautiful home and lovely piece of paradise! Will definitely come back!
Beautiful with great amenities
Just returned from an 8 day stay with my family (2 adults and 2 kids 8 and 11). This property is beautiful and has everything you could need, from a well-appointed kitchen to rain boots and jackets in case of bad weather! We loved the central location and being able to walk out for food or for activities like fishing and kayaking, or sit on the deck and enjoy the view of Meares Island. Great communication with the property managers. Keep in mind that there is one very big and luxurious bedroom and one very small bedroom so might not be suitable for 2 couples.
Perfect location
I Would go back there again, the only down fall would be this place needs air condiotioning
What a view!
The view from the loft was unbelievable; we watched the seaplanes and various boats coming and going for many hours a day. I liked the fact the loft takes up the two top floors of the building, giving it the best view possible. The unit was decorated in a contemporary fashion, which suited the architecture and ambience of the place. I loved staying right in town, as we could walk to alll the restaurants, stores and coffee shops. We loved Kuma, Sobo, and Rhino, and our kids enjoyed Big Daddy's Fish Fry. We have stayed on Chesterman Beach but prefer to be in town, after staying here. I highly recommend Maddy's place!
Loved the condo incredible location and view.
We loved being able to watch all the boats and planes from the balcony, the house was wonderful a little warm upstairs but not too bad. Not having a tv wasn't bad as the marina had so much happening. Very well equipped would recommend to anyone!!
Perfect and heavenly stay - exceeded our expectations in every way!
Maddy's loft is even more beautiful than described. The design and decor are stunning. The place is clean and equipped with everything you need - making our stay felt just like home. The view is phenomenal beyond words. If you are looking for a perfect escape, look no further. We would love to come back again in a heartbeat!
