Nightlife, cultural activities, and fine dining abound. Located on Larrabee Street, between Sunset Blvd. and Santa Monica Blvd. Shop the fine shops on Rodeo Dr. Melrose Ave. or Beverly Blvd. or visit the Century City Mall, or the Beverly Center. Take the bus to Santa Monica Beach, Venice, or the Pacific Palisades. See the Lakers, Kings, or Dodgers play. Enjoy some of the finest dining establishments in the world. Or just lay back and take in the warm SoCal sun and laid back lifestyle.

The Townhouse is located in a complex with 23 other units near the intersection of San Vicente Blvd. and Santa Monica Blvd. One block south of the famed Sunset Strip. This is a two story townhouse with the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living room and a half bath located on the first floor. There is also a private, enclosed patio accessed through a sliding glass door.

The second floor consists of the Master Bedroom (with a King sized bed), attached Master Bath with Jaccuzzi Tub, guest bedroom (with a Queen sized bed) and attached guest bathroom. Washer and dryer are also located on the second floor.

The unit is in a security gated building and has secured underground parking.

PLEASE NOTE!! We have a 1 week minimum stay, and we do not accept reservations for more than 28 days. Occupancy is limited to 4 Guests. There is a Property Manager to meet and assist guests during your stay.

Great condo in a great LA location!

The condo was beautiful and well stocked. It was centrally located for the many activities and places we drove to. Both beds were very comfortable, and the 2 1/2 baths were perfect for us and our grandson to get ready in each day. Tim, the property manager was great: very helpful and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. There was an issue with one of the three tvs not working after a power outage occurred before we arrived but Al the owner, and Tim, worked diligently with us to get it back to working order ASAP. There was construction going on in the pool area so we didn't use the pool, but that was out of Al's and Tim's control. The one (small thing) I thought was missing was a luggage rack in the master bedroom. Grocery stores and restaurants were near-by, but the condo was quiet every evening for a good night's sleep. Gated garage parking was another plus. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we go to LA...:o)

Great Weho location with parking.

The owner Al made it easy to set up the reservation and to accomadate are needs to be an early arrival and later departure. The condo was clean with everything you could need for cooking, bedding, some toiletries basically all you need for a comfortable stay. The area was safe and close to restaurants,bars and stores. When we arrived Tim the rental unit manager met with us explained everything we needed to know and was great to help out if we had any questions or concerns. All was as pictured very spacious 1 queen bedroom w/bathroom and 1 king bedroom w/ bathroom beds were comfy great space for two couples. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Wonderful Townhome - The Perfect Place

We rented this townouse, for a month in April/May 2015. Based on the description and reviews, we had delayed our vacation by 10 days until it became available. A wise decision! The moment we walked in the door we were very happy. It is a beautiful townouse, just like the pictures, large, very comfortable, well laid out and made us feel right at home. The townouse is very secure, has secure parking and is well stocked with almost everything you would require including an outdoor gas BBQ. The entertainment systems, stereo, televisions and internet are first rate. It is very well located: a minute or two walk to Santa Monica Blvd or Sunset Blvd (uphill) with quick access to many, many restaurants including most of the famous/trendy ones. There is a great supermarket (Pavilions), a 5 min walk, major shopping centre (the Beverley Centre) a 15 minute walk and the centre of Beverley Hills (Rodeo Drive) is a 20 minute walk. Good access to public transportation (bus) with easy connections to the Metro. By car, easy access to downtown, Beverley Grove, the beaches and the other side of the Hills, Studio City, Burbank and San Fernando Valley without using the freeway.

The owner, Al, was great to deal with and provided quick responses to any question or comment. There is a very efficient property manager, Tim, on site who introduces you to the townouse and responds very quickly to any question or requirement. Thanks to you both for a wonderful holiday!

Overall: As one can see from all the adjectives, highly recommended!!!

Exceeded my expectations

The photos do not do not do this townhouse justice. I was surprised at how roomy the place was and would definitely stay here again. The secure underground carpark is a godsend if you are doing any driving whilst in LA. Even though its in a busy part of W Hollywood it was always very quiet at night. Both Alvin and Tim the property manager were always happy to answer any questions or help with anything whilst we were there.

Can't say enough about this property and the whole rental process. From VRBO to the owner to the property manager, everthing went smooth as silk. The condo was even nicer than it looked in pictures and had all the comforts of home. It's location was perfect with easy access to Hollywood, The Beaches, The Valley, etc. And it was right in the thick of the West Hollywood nightlife. I would stay there again and again.

Excellent holiday rental

We are a family of four (2 children, 13 and 11) and really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse during December 2010 and again in January 2011. Everything turned out to be exactly as described in the advert on the VRBO website - secure complex with underground parking, well kept property, new and modern furnishings and appliances, close to all the sights and attractions, useful guidebooks and guest information, friendly and helpful property manager, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we visit LA at some stage in the future.

Reservation is not confirmed until signed Rental Agreement is received, and Deposit is paid via PayPal. Weekly Rental Fee is $1750.00 with additional nights charged at $250.00 per night. Maximum rental allowed is 28 days.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
