About Page Quilling

I'm a third generation general contractor and traded my last quarter horse for my first truck when I first entered the business. I married my wife just out of high school and have two beautiful daughters. Went to Grand Lake on a vacation and fell in love with this family estate and purchased it for my retirement and sanity.

Page Quilling purchased this house in 2007

Why Page Quilling chose Oklahoma

It's 7.5 miles from Sailboat Bridge, which is as close to the city of Grove as Monkey Island. Gentle sloping lawn right to the water's edge with my own private cove and dock. No neighbors within close proximity so lots of privacy.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We had a great time visiting Oklahoma for our annual family reunion with 3 families coming from Arizona and Michigan. The house was set up great with everything we needed. The property and view were awesome. We would definitely like to return again.

Perfect Vacation Home on Grand Lake!

  • 5 of 5

Can't say enough great things about our stay at Cassanda Shores on Grand Lake! The house is perfectly situated on a point. It has a level, grassy yard that is perfect for spending time outdoors. The boat dock is so close, and a just a quick walk to the water. There is a built-in horse shoe pit, and a fire pit (regularly stocked with firewood), that we used frequently. The back deck is huge, with lots of seating for all your guests. Did I mention the view? It is amazing... from the bedrooms upstairs, or the living room and kitchen... we spent a ton of time outside, just admiring the beautiful lake and property.

The house was spotless when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, with very comfortable beds and nice decor. The layout was great for our 9 guests. The dining room table is huge, with large comfortable chairs. The living room is also great, with plenty of comfortable seating and tables for all our evening games playing.

We had everything we needed to cook every day. Lots of pots and pans, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, etc. No issues with any of the appliances or house at all! We towed our own boat down, and docked it at the property. The water is shallow by the home, but no issues if you listen to the directions on approach and departure.

Best part about this trip was the owner, Page. He made our trip so enjoyable. He is extremely attentive and helpful, and he is a hoot! So fun and nice... we really enjoyed getting to know him during out stay. He put our boat in the water for us, and took it out. We rented the pontoon for a day, and he made sure it was in the water and ready to go that morning. Page was extremely helpful to us with directions into town, or giving us important information on where to drive/not drive on the lake, as well as marinas, etc. Page and Simone live on the property, but you never know they are there unless you need something. My daughter needed a pair of ski gloves to keep her calluses from pulling, and he offered us theirs! So nice! We seriously had a great experience, and will come again for another fantastic vacation! Thank you!!

Owner's Response: WOW, what a great review. Thanks for saying I was a nice host. I hope you guys come back. You left the house in great shape and that made it much easier to get it ready for our next guest. I also loved your Cobalt boat and the way you took care of it. Page and Simone

The perfect getaway!

  • 5 of 5

I can't say it any better than the other guests who have already posted their reviews. Everything was just perfect! The views are mesmerizing, birdwatching was exciting - we got to see hundreds of birds gather in the middle of the lake and herd fish, boating was easy launch and land right on the property, fishing was good, made a fire in the pit every night, the house is nicely furnished, and the toy closets were a hit! It was nice to have Page nearby in case we needed anything and he was especially helpful with boating tips having never been there with our boat before. Stop searching and reserve this property today!

Perfect Experience for Women's Church Retreat

  • 5 of 5

This home was absolutely fantastic for our annual women's retreat!! The house is beautifully decorated, well-cared for and very comfortable which made for a lovely, relaxing weekend for our group. We also loved the quiet, peaceful setting that allowed our group to take walks, enjoy the deck for watching the pelicans and make s'mores in the evening around a nice, big fire pit. The owner Page Quilling allowed us to have up to 14 women attend our retreat and there was still plenty of room for all of us even with the few extra ladies. Page was also terrific to work with as we planned our event and promptly returned our calls to answer our myriad of questions. We would definitely book again to have our next women's retreat here, so we would highly recommend Page and his property to other women's groups or family gatherings!

Awesome, cozy, private!

  • 5 of 5

We came here for my mother's 79th birthday. This place is awesome. The house is adorable and so cozy. The views are awesome. Large windows overlooking the back yard and lake from the living room, kitchen and two of the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The large deck has plenty of room with tables and chairs, grill and the fire pit was great for our weiner roast and smores. Page, the owner, is awesome and makes sure you have everything you need. He has a canoe he let us use which our kids enjoyed. It is quiet and pretty well secluded. Wonderful place, will be back again!
