San Carlos is one of the newest premier properties in Gulf Shores featuring some of the largest and most luxurious 2 & 3 bedroom condos in the area! This new, professionally decorated corner unit is located on the west end of the 15th floor with spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and master bedroom balconies. Other amenities of this spacious condo include: 4 flat panel TV's and DVD players, crown molding throughout, a wet bar, stainless appliance upgrade, large tile throughout the living area with beautiful vibrant area rugs!

The spacious master bedroom with a king bed has access to the huge Gulf front balcony. The private master bath comes complete with granite countertops, upgraded vanity lighting, a garden-style Jacuzzi tub, and independent standing glass shower! The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, while the second guest bedroom is furnished with two matching full size beds. The living room also comes equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa giving this beautiful condo the unique feature of being able to accommodate up to 10 guests!

If you manage to pull yourself away from the unit, you can choose to either cool off in the zero entry pool or just kick back in the sun while listening to the pounding surf. There is also a work out room overlooking the Gulf, as well as, a sauna and shower room.

The spacious lavishly decorated lobby is a good place to meet before dinner and look at the various literature for local restaurants and shops. If you need to rent a gathering spot for reunions or weddings or large get-togethers the conference room overlooking the beach comfortably accommodates up to 75 people. SAN1509

About The Owner

I was actually the architect of the property San Carlos and named the complex after a previous property that I designed in Pensacola that sadly no longer exists. I'm a big fan of the grandioso Spanish styling and thought it would be a unique and different look to add to the area here in Gulf Shores! This gorgeous property has exceeded all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the finished product and also the hundreds of great reviews I have received over the short life span of this one of a kind complex!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2007

Why The Owner chose Alabama

Being the architect had a few perks and I chose this unit specifically from all of the others that were available!

What makes this condo unique

Being up higher on the west end of the building gives me some of the best sunset views in all the area! I also personally love having a view of the city lights at night and being just steps away from all of the great shopping and dining that the area has to offer!

My friends and I had never been to Gulf Shores before and weren't sure what to expect. The condo exceeded all of our expectations in terms of furnishings and general atmosphere. The location was also ideal as it was right on the beach as well as walking distance to many local restaurants and bars.

Breathtaking view! Perfect location!

We enjoyed our week at San Carlos! This condo was beautifully furnished and well stocked in the kitchen.There were 10 people in our group and we had room for everyone without feeling crowded. We brought our bikes and highly recommend the Gulf State Park Backcountry Trails for biking! We biked everyday, my daoughter and husband even saw an alligator on their ride!! The week was filled with good times, good friends and good food of course. Mikee's was my favorite, try the blackend red snapper...amazing! Lamberts was also wonderful!! The view from the 15th floor was breathtaking. We could see rays and dolphins daily! The only thing missing was a hot tub outside by the pool.Adam was great to work with and we even got in our condo a little early! The unit was very clean and I highly recommend it for anyone!

Great view, comfortable furnishing

We were looking for a place to meet my brother who was down from Alaska aiding with the oil spill. We wanted to spend the weekend with him before he returned home. This condo had plenty of space not only in the living area but also on the balcony and dining area. We could have brought even more family members with all the sleeping room we had. I loved the fact that the 3rd bedroom had 2 full beds and not bunkbeds like many of the other condos. It is beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. We loved the location, very near the 59 and beach road intersection. We could walk to many places. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. We will definitely return at our earliest convenience!
