Shopping, Restaurants, and Entertainment are all located steps away in downtown. QuickSilver Super6 Ski Lift (Peak 9) is only two blocks south on Park Ave, and Snowflake Ski Lift (Peak 8) is only two blocks west on Four O'Clock Road.

This is a first floor unit with easy access to parking lot and sidewalks to town and ski area.

Clean updated property and great location

The condo was very clean and had some basics stocked (spices etc) as well as a nice welcome basket to get through the first day. However, it's a pretty quick walk to the Breck Market or the bigger shopping store. We didn't have a car, so I walked to the market and uber'd home with the bags. Very quick walk across a pedestrian bridge to main street which was great for cold nights to get to lots of great/fun restaurants (e.g., downstairs at epics, relish??, a good italian place, etc) - google maps does not show it, so the walk is quicker than taking streets. We found the shuttle bus a pain, but you can cut through the parking lot for a short walk to the base of peak 9 for ski school - we often left the kids skis there overnight (and snow boots in cubbies during the day) so easy for them to walk in snow boots and carry ski boots - it's a tougher walk for younger kids in ski boots carrying skis but doable. you can also walk up the hill to the snowflake lift and ski back in from 4 o clock run, but it's a long run and includes some intermediate terrain, so need to ski a little. My 6 and 9 year old could do it after 3 days of ski school, but does take a while to work your way over from the base of peak 9. Overall, great location and we would definitely return. There's also a private ski closet just outside the door and hot tubs on site.

Excellent Property

Excellent location, walk to town was short and much easier than trying to drive and park. Lifts and rentals are very close. Loved that we could ski down 4 o'clock run and walk across the parking lot right to the condo. Size was perfect for my family of 6. Condo was clean and well maintained. We had one small issue and Steve was readily available and handled it. They were out of firewood, bummer! Called Steve and although it was a little hassle, very pleased how it was handled. We needed to make a run to the store anyway and bought some firewood bundles. Steve credited me for the money spent. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if going to Breckenridge.

As advertised, only better

The condo was perfect for our family and the proximity to town, ski lifts and rental shop was great. No need for a car once you arrive. Unit is well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and large enough to prepare family meals. Love the fireplace, too.

Wonderful, well-stocked condo! Super location!

This was a great condo that suited out family of 6 perfect. We loved the big dining room table and beds for everyone. Loved that there were movies and games for my kids and the adults. Kitchen was so well stocked we didn't have to buy a lot of grocery items that you hate to buy, like cooking spray, salt and pepper, etc. So pleased that there was laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

Very clean upon arrival . Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only downfall would be there is no grill because we like to cookout. Thank you for letting us stay here.
