Our modern waterfront home has 4 BEDROOMS/4 BATHROOMS, A LARGE LOFT & WET BAR, almost 4,000 SQ. FT, and is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining; sleeps 12-14. We are located on the SPOKANE RIVER, 1/2 mile from the entrance to LAKE COEUR d'ALENE and the COEUR d'ALENE RESORT & PICTURESQUE BEACHES. Whether you like to fish, play on the beach, water ski, boat ride, or simply explore the area, you are in a perfect spot to begin your journey.
We are in the newest area of Coeur d'Alene, among a community of luxury waterfront homes. A short 2 minute walk will take you to NEW RESTAURANTS (including LE PEEP for breakfast & lunch), a STARBUCKS, shopping, and a new movie theater. RIVERSTONE PARK is a block away. The CENTENNIAL TRAIL is right out the front door to walk or bike ride to DOWNTOWN, the COEUR d'ALENE RESORT and BEACHES.

The LOFT features a new Futon (couch/bed), along with a WET BAR, 3-1 game table, wine cooler and separate beverage center. The adjacent FAMILY ROOM features a 55" Flat Screen and 8' pool table. High-Speed Wireless Internet is available throughout as well as new Blu-Ray Players (4 Flat Screens in all with DISH Satellite). A Natural Gas Barbecue grill is on the deck, along with lawn chairs, umbrella table and 20' retractable awning. The garage will accommodate 2 guest vehicles.
