- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

As we thrive to make everyone’s stay as pleasant as possible, quiet hours (9:00pm-10:00am) are strictly enforced in this house.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of house, and that includes smoking marijuana, cigarettes, hookah, and burning sage.
There will be a fine of $500 if this rule is broken.
