This condo is has walnut hardwood floors, new appliances, 2 balcony's one off living room other on the master bedroom, plasma TVs, In wall IPOD dock system, custom Ceaser Stone counter tops, beautiful white lacquer white cabinets and designer finishes throughout. This unit is totally custom everything! This spacious (1,300 sq. ft.) unit is non-smoking and is a 20 second walk to the beach. You will never have to get into your car so just take a walk down to all the trendy eatery's on Washington Blvd.

This is one of the best coastal communities in Southern California. Walk a few blocks to all the trendy and hip restaurants and shops. Walk or bike to everything you need; from the world famous Venice boardwalk to the Venice Canals to the Santa Monica Pier and 3rd street promenade. Great Location, Great for 2+ Families, Great Host

There are numerous 5-star aspects about this property:

1) The Location: Nina's place is a 1 minute walk from the beach, 15 minute drive from Manhattan Beach (an upscale beach), 15 min drive or 1 hour walk to Santa Monica Pier, and a 20min walk or 2min drive to the main street area and pier (including Mercedes, a restaurant with super yummy food).

2) The Cleanliness: Each of the three couples in each of the three bedrooms felt as if their room was clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. We were all very worried as we are really clean people. We all felt comfortable.

3) Nina: She stopped by on our final day and allowed to stay past check in as we were leaving that night and there were no guests checking in that night. We really appreciated it.

4) The bikes/beach equipment: Although we didn't use it, Nina had 8 bikes ready in the garage for us to use. You could them to bike to Santa Monica Pier, which was our plan until we got lazy!

5) Laundry machine and dryer

The unimportant but mentionable 3-star aspects:

1) Felt like Ikea furniture everywhere (not a bad thing because Nina would have to charge upscale prices for high-end furniture).

2) Someone came to work on the garage downstairs and we didn't know,

The location of the property was great! So close to the beach!

This home was great! It was stocked with all of the beach items you can think of! Even bikes to ride around town! The home was clean! Beds were comfy, but we just absolutely loved the location!

Lovely 3 bed apartment close to beach

This was a wonderful place to stay - clean, spacious and in a fantastic location -1 block from a stunning beach and near the fabulous walk/cycle path which goes all the way to Santa Monica.. We really appreciated the use of the bikes and boards in the garage. Thank you Nina- we hope to return!

House was perfect for our family . Kid friendly , close to water , good neighborhood

Loved the house . Master had a pack n play in the closet . Lots of boogie boards , paddle boards , beach chairs and about 8 bikes in garage . Washer and dryer was great . Enough space for 2 families . The beach was so close we went everyday . Lots of close coffee and food . Would use this house again but I would probably rent the studio below with it , just to have the whole place . Only downfall was no AC ( which we were advised of before renting). I slept great .... my husband was warm and needed it . But the house is stocked with plenty of fans and lots of breezes at night . We had a great time . Thank you !!!!

Great location

Great location!!!! Plenty of space. Comfy beds. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5--- the showers need some bleach to help with the mildew issue and the rooms were warm.

I have created a binder with my fav restaurants, yoga studio's, attractions, hair salons, and fun bike routes in the area. I also added suggestions for sights to see with driving directions. I have beach toys for use; bikes, surf boards, boogie boars, and beach chairs.

It's a great area, almost private beach without a boardwalk which is ideal! The walk to the beach is literally less than 5 mins. Just cross Pacific street & voila!
