The approx. 150 year old rustic house in the traditional Canarian style, with garden for relaxing and barbeque is located in the picturesque Santa Catalina, in a village inhabited by locals, about 100 meters above sea level. And yet only 15 minutes' drive west of Puerto de la Cruz. 1 km to the coast with bathing possibility in the beautiful natural pool of San Juan de la Rambla, can also be reached on foot. Other, beautiful, smaller and larger beaches are within a 10 to 20 minute drive

This particular location makes it an ideal starting point for hiking along the coast towards Icod and the mountains towards La Guancha and the Teide. There is a good restaurant, a grocery store, a bodega bar, a kiosk, a petrol station and a romantic park with an adjacent children's playground in the village, just a few minutes walk from the house.

The holiday home has a ground floor and a floor, 280 m2 of fruit and herb garden (tangerines, lemons, oranges, papayas, bananas) to relax and barbeque. This apartment is located on the first floor. The ground floor is also rented.

The apartment offered here (about 120 m2 plus 60 m2 terrace) has its own direct entrance and is separated from the ground floor and completely autonomous. The house is located in a cul-de-sac street, only a few minutes walk from the town center - an advantage for families with children. An ambulant baker delivers fresh bread rolls and other bakery products every morning. The windows of the apartment have a view of the mountains and the garden. From the garden and especially from the roof terrace, the sea and coast is visible as a panorama.

The approx. 110 m2 apartment with 280 m2 of garden and approx. 60 m2 of roof terrace is suitable for couples with and without children who want to enjoy the gentle, uncomplicated Canarian flair in the middle of a village inhabited by locals, far from concrete booms and other inconveniences Not wanting to spend their holidays and want to reach Puerto de la Cruz, the largest city on the northwest coast and the Loro Park within 15 minutes. Over the new motorway sections of the beautiful Santiago del Teide route one reaches the more mass tourism south of the island: Las Americas, Costa Adeje, Los Christianos in 1 hour.

The two bedrooms can accommodate 3 people.

For self-caterers the kitchen with its complete facilities and with dining table for 4 to 6 people offers everything you need in detail. Many kitchen herbs, citrus fruits, grapes, papayas, bananas, all from organic cultivation can be pampered. A washing machine, as well as ironing board is in the adjoining room to the kitchen.

The last renovation of the house, inside and outside as well as parts of the interior and the beds \ mattresses, took place at the end of 2016. The entire house was and is absolutely verzieferfrei.

The locality is connected to the public bus network by two nearby bus stops.

The landlord accepts the Transfert airport on request and gives advice on excursions and sights of the region.
