Great bonding place with old friends

Had a get-together at this house with a few of my former classmates from high school. We had so much fun. The living room is spacious we were actually able to do line dancing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was updated and well-equipped. Although the neighborhood is not upscale, it was safe enough to walk around during the day. It is close to Valley Blvd in Alhambra and San Gabriel where all the great Asian restaurants are. We're planning to come back.

Very good home

The home is exactly like the pictures . We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very responsive and helpful. There were couple of things like the area of the home wasn't very appealing , but since we just stayed there for the night it was really ok. The home had a great car garage and even more space to park a car if you came with a big one like us within a closed gate which was very good . There were just minor issues, but all in all very nice home to stay. I surely will recommend this home.

The condo itself is comfortable and very nice! In addition owners very good to work with!!

The condo itself was very nice and comfortable. Well stocked and owners great to work with and very welcoming. I slept in the 2 smaller non master sweet bedrooms and thought both mattresses we're uncomfortable...hard and squeaky. But most of all I did not like the location. The condo is located on a busy street and in an area that made me rather uncomfortable. I had trouble sleeping at night because I could here the vehicles outside all night as well as the neighbors who are literally only feet away on any side. I'm so not use to that type of atmosphere so for those who don't mind, then you're good. There's a garage which is great but my Yukon was too big to fit in it...getting in and out of gated garage area is a bit tricky if you have a bigger vehicle and people tear down the alley you're backing into so you REALLY need to watch as you're leaving. The location was close to Arcadia HS where we needed to be for a big race so that was nice. Again Gangpat and crew were good and condo is nice!

Owner's Response: We are really sorry we were unable to honor the last minute cancellation of the extra night you had booked earlier ( we do give the option to cancel and the refund is processed provided we get a booking for the cancelled days as shown in our cancellation policy) - We have a regular sized 2 car garage and we have not had issues on the size -- besides there is room on the driveway within our property to park inside our gates - hope you had used it - And for guests who are sensitive to regular traffic noise, we always send our address on request prior to the booking as we really prefer our guests to be able to google it and be aware of the location etc - The mattress in fact was changed recently as some of our guests found the previous one as being not firm enough -- this is medium on the firm scale and I am really sorry that you found it uncomfortable -

Everything we expected and then some!

We were in LA for my granddaughters wedding and this was centrally located and worked great for us. The owners of the property were super, we had a nice welcome package when we arrived and one small problem was resolved immediately. This is the first time I have rented from "HomeAway" and would highly recommend it. We will request this property the next time we visit Pasadena.

Neat and clean, well maintained property

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay at this property for 5 days and 6 nights. well maintained property, neat and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything one might need. Bedrooms were a good size. Bathrooms were neat and clean. My only complaint though was the very low water pressure in the shower. Otherwise everything else was on point. Although it was only 5 of us, I am sure its a good size for 8-10 people.

Perfect place!

The house is spacious and the neighbourhood is great as well. The owner was patient and responsive, leaving us nothing to worry about. Everything during stay is perfect, highly recommended.
