Our guests say we have the BEST LOCATION in Park City. Map our condo online at '950 Park Ave, Park City, UT' and the town lift at '800 Park Ave.'

Step from the courtyard onto quaint Old Town's historic Main Street, and into Park City's best restaurants, galleries, shops and entertainment. The ski lift is 1 BLOCK AWAY!

The large Master Suite has a new KING-SIZED bed and flatpanel cable TV with private bath (tub/shower). Second BR has two twins with cable flatpanel TV and its own bath just outside the door.

Relax in the LIVING AREA with a wood burning FIREPLACE (wood and starter available), comfortable furnishings and cable TV/DVD/CD and PRIVATE BALCONY for viewing the slopes day or night (the sofa converts to QUEEN-SIZE bed). Enjoy meals and game playing in the DINING area. The KITCHEN has stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is very well equipped.

Enjoy the courtyard HOT TUB (winter and summer) and POOL (winter and summer) instead of or after skiing, biking or hiking. Our indoor hot tub and SAUNA with changing rooms and showers are open during the winter!

Perfect and loaded with all we needed!

We loved this condo. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location to get to the slopes and Main Street. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home for our family of 4!

Great Family Condo

This is a great condo for a Summer getaway with the family. You are basically at the bottom of Main Street and close to everything. The condo is spacious, clean, and well equipped in the the kitchen. My kids love the pool!

Old town park city condo

We enjoyed our stay in this 2b/2b condo. It is right at the end of Main st in Park city, so it is easy to enjoy the town, but it is just out of range of the potential noise so was quiet at night. Our favorite feature was the 1 block walk to the Town lift. We skied everyday and it was so easy. Park city and Canyons is now linked by a Gondola, which was also very easy to use, so we never had to do anything but walk around town, and use the town lift to get to skiing. We are Vail season pass holders, so did not go to Deer valley. The condo was in good shape, nice touches. we stopped at Fresh Market to grocery shop on our way in from the airport ( Paid our transport 20 $ for the stop there) we cooked in for several dinners, and went out for 2: Loved both places: Grappa and Handle. pricey places, need reservations for weekends, but yummy.

It is not a cheap place to stay, but the location is excellent.

Excellent option in PC!

Our 10 day stay in this condo was wonderfull. The unit is well equipped and location is prime, being just minutes away from the Town lift and Main St.

This is a great option for up to 4 people looking to stay in old town. Hope to be back next year!!!

Park City Condo

Unit was clean and very well equipped. It had everything we needed including a great view of mountains and pool. But the location and convenience is unsurpassed. It can't get any better especially if you don't want to drive. Summer in Park City - and winter too - is a great escape.

Location, Location, Location

This is our families second time staying in one of Tuck and Jeanie's Condo. It would be very hard to make us leave the perfect location of Park Station. For one, Tuck and Jeanie have everything you could need right in the condo. When we come in from the slopes (Deer Valley and The Canyons this year) we changed and hit the hot tub. Each night we either enjoyed a quick walk up Main St. to a number of resturants or we cooked in. If we can recommend Zoom for a really nice night out for dinner, it was one of the best meals we had all week. Thanks again for the excellent accomodations! Hope to be back soon.
