A sunny south-west terrace with beach chair and dining table set, an additional wooden deck as a breakfast terrace near the kitchen patio door, the large garden with dune heath biotope invite you to look at the local vegetation and relax. The spacious entrance area welcomes you with travertine set in Roman composite and light, white walls, the staircase to the basement also decorated with travertine in Roman composite. On the ground floor, the sunny, light-flooded living-dining room with seating area, fine limed, oiled oak wood floors, as well as fireplace, flat screen TV and Yamaha sound system, Internet access via Wi-Fi. The dining area with rustic Ritterburg dining table in the open kitchen, worktop in black bog oak, high-quality Miele built-in appliances and counters with wine cooler offers direct access to the garden with spacious terraces with beach chairs and garden furniture. A noble staircase with whitewashed oak cheeks, posts, and struts and natural beech wood steps leads you to the upper floor with two double bedrooms. Each room has a high-quality box-spring bed for a relaxing sleep. In the spacious master bedroom you will find a make-up table and a large flat-screen TV. The glorious free sunrise view to Braderup from the east window will entice you into the morning; on this floor there is the spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and toilet and electric underfloor heating for spoiled feet. From the junior bedroom with double bed 1,40 mtr and flat TV leads a pretty staircase into the children's kingdom with double bed under the thatched roof in Spitzboden- here, the children / young people to 1.50 mtr comfortably set up their small separate holiday. In the first floor bathroom as well as in the bathroom in the basement exquisite natural limestone floor was laid. A curved Reetzaun - another unique - separates the northern half of the house and the garden from prying eyes. The access to the entrances to this north garden was designed with round granite slabs, embedded in glacial pebble gravel along Japanese stone settings, created with local, glacial Geschiebefindlingen. A black pine basalt column ensemble "In Memoriam Joseph Beuys" commemorates the Beuys art action of Documenta Kassel 1982 "7000 Eichen", created by U WE Claus, a student of Josef Beuys, who was actively involved in this action in 1982, and the has taken over all stone settings and garden designs of this house and continues to bear responsibility for the care, round off the image of this completely individually designed house.

Here as well as in the bathroom on the ground floor, exquisite natural limestone flooring has been laid. In the basement there are two additional cozy double bedrooms with modern boxspring beds. Here, the windows partially reach down to the ground and the light shafts were pleasant and tastefully decorated with natural stones. A spacious bathroom with double washbasin and separate WC are on the same level. Next to the house there is a carport and another parking space laid out on pale yellow alpendolomite. A landscaped reetzaun separates the northern half of the house from prying eyes. The access to the house entrances was set with round granite plates along Japanese stones. A black pine basalt column ensemble "In Memoriam Joseph Beuys" completes the picture of this individually designed house.
