Our Fully Stocked Private Two Story Town home. Located at 545 Deer Valley Drive. Please use mapquest to see the location. It is across the street from where the vrbo map shows it. Two Bedrooms each with there own Bathrooms as well as Laundry are upstairs. Downstairs is a 3rd half bath, living room, dining room and full kitchen. Out front is a hot tub for your use after a long day of skiing! Underground Garage and a large deck off the back with BBQ. Just bring your gear and clothing! The free ski bus stops out front and will take you to either resort! Walk to Main Street for dinner!

Why James Stewart chose Deer Valley

This is one of the best locations in Park City/Deer Valley. Located right next to the city borders allows easy access to either resort.

What makes this condo unique

There are very few locations as good as this. Many of our guests don't even rent a car.

You can catch a shuttle from the airport to the town home. Then the ski bus stops

out front. Dinner is just a short walk to Main Street or just take the free shuttle.

Perfect location in Park City! You can walk in to Main street in minutes and there are bus stops for the free transportation to the mountains right out front!

Great location, comfortable stay

This is the next-best-thing to ski-in,'s located right at very convenient stop on the Park City bus transportation system. You can be at any one of the three local ski spots in minutes! The unit itself is very clean and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen for cooking meals in, although Main Street restaurants are only a quick bus hop away, and top dining spots are accessible on the longer bus trips. The community hot tub is a few steps from the door, very clean and delightful after skiing. (Parking is free in the basement garage, but we recommend using a limo service from SLC airport...M&L shuttle service is good and reliable.) If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the snow plows make a bit of noise during winter season nights. Otherwise, this condo gave us a nice family vacation!

Great location

This property is wonderful. We found it clean and just the right size. It is a 10 minute walk to Main street where all the best shopping and restaurants are located. The garage under the building is a great addition for those who rent a car. Having a bus stop right in front of the building was so convenient, allowing our children to get to the slopes as soon as possible. One con, I had to email 2 times and call 1 time before I received a return call from owner.

Ski Park City

The Gambler is the perfect


To stay for a vacation at Park City. The location is ideal. On the bus line to the town and ski resorts. A bonus is the short, less then 10 minute, walk to town. We found the condo exceptional. Beds, linens, towels, fully stocked and updated kitchen, to say the least, excellent. We have to note, my favorite, the sublime hot tub steps from the door. The gambler was the exactly what we were looking for, in every respect, for our families ski vacation. Big thank you to James for all his assistance in booking our stay.

Adequate furnishings and good location

We enjoyed our stay in Park City recently and the condo furnishings were adequate. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook most of our meals and the weather was nice enough we could walk down to the Main Street district (about a 10 min walk). Also, there was a bus stop directly in front of the condo so getting around town was pretty easy! The beds were decent and there were plenty of towels. My only complaint was that the towels and sheets in the linen closet smelled like cigarette smoke. The condo did not smell of smoke but I have a feeling whoever cleans the linens takes them to their house and is a smoker. We ended up washing our towels before using them so we didn't have to dry off with smokey towels (ick!)! Also, some of the pillows really need to be replaced. They were lumpy and looked like they were going to fall apart. Fortunately the was a few extra so we just put the old ratty ones away in the closet. Other than that our stay was enjoyable and condo furnishings were decent.

Owner's Response: We received a call from the previous tenants that their kids left there pillows which explains this ratty pillow mystery. Not sure why linens smelled of smoke and the unit does not. Wish they would've reached out to us as we are always readily available to our guests. Also our maid has been with us for over 12 years and is not a smoker.
