If you love to play all day and/or all night, this is your location. Put the car in the garage and let the fun begin. This 4 bedroom 4 full bath condo is backed up to the Quitten Time Ski Run at the newly named Park City Mountain. Park City is now the largest ski area in the USA with over 7300 acres of skiing terrain. 50 million dollars is being invested in upgrades and connection of Park City with the Canyons. Imagine, putting on the skis out the back door, making a day of going for lunch at the Canyons miles away, then skiing home directly to your back door. In Summer, single track hiking and mountain biking trails are just outside. In Winter, it is a convenient ski in ski out location without being at the busy mountain base. You look over the center of Historic Main Street Park City where there are numerous shops, restaurants, and night clubs.
In the spring of 2015, our misfortune with a broken pipe has resulted in an almost new unit. Throughout, there is new carpet, wood floor, fresh paint, upgraded bathroom, and more! Cyprus wood floors, slate entry and fireplace, granite kitchen counters, washer/dryer, steam shower, jetted tub, 5 TV's (up to 50 inch), HD-DVR, dvd players, Blue Ray player, and convenient wireless internet will greet you at the end of your day.
If skiing Park City Mountain Resort is not enough, just ski or walk to the free shuttle stop at the town lift and go to Deer Valley. Within a one hour drive, you have Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, Sundance, and Snowbasin.
For those of you whom do not ski, you can enjoy the summer and winter hiking, snowshoeing, sledding, and mountain biking that is all out the back door. There are sleds and games for the kids. The center of Main Street is only two blocks or 142 stairs down the hill. Here you will enjoy Shopping, Dining, Clubbing, or just people watching.
This is all only 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport.

About Kyle Brazell
My wife and I manage two properties (Park City and Huntville/Snowbasin) that are family owned. We met and were married in Park City in 1990 and reside in Huntsville. Having spent over 25 years in the Wasatch Mountains and my entire life in the west, our passions include skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and windsurfing.

Park City St. Paddy's Weekend Getaway. March 15-19th.
First off, Kyle was extremely responsive and helpful when we had to change some dates around due to no snow in December. He made himself available with recommendations, flexibility with schedule and overall was fantastic to work with. The condo is perfect for a group as it offers multiple levels and enough space for everyone to comfortably have their own beds, bathrooms and a common space in the kitchen to all have breakfast together. The condo is just a few blocks off Main Street and right in the middle of great restaurant and bar choices to choose from on your stay. Great location and easy ski in and out!
Great condo with all the amenities we needed. Very easy ski in and out location. Easy short walk to old town. We didn't use our car all week! We will stay there again.
Great condo, ski in/ski out somewhat difficult, town access is very easy via nicely designed stairs
We stayed in this condo for 4 nights on a family ski trip. As many other post report, the condo is extremely well equipped with plenty kitchen equipment, spices, Ziploc bags, laundry detergent, etc. The bedrooms are separated and worked well for us and 3 adult children and their spouses and couple grand children. Access to Main Street is very easy via long stair ways, which are very well designed with non-skid metal stair treads. Ski in/ski out is difficult for less than very good skiers since the Quittin Time run has some steep sections and the snow was very packed/icy. The good thing is the walk to the base of the town lift is very easy via the stairs mentioned above. There is a very good ski rental shop directly next to the Town Lift, which stores skis at night free. The Town Lift drops you off on green runs, however returning to the base of the Town Lift involves the same difficult Quitting Time run. However, the free Park City transportation drops you off very close to the Town Lift, so skiing to the base, then taking the bus back is very easy.
Parking is somewhat limited with a single garage and room for one car in front of the garage. We had two small children, so needed a car to shuttle them to and from the base, to keep from having them walk to the Transportation pick up spot (although they did walk with us several times down the stairs to Main Street). Uber is $45 from the airport, so a great option instead of renting a car, which you really don't need, or at least don't need more than one car if you want an easy way to get to the store.
The owner Kyle is very responsive with answers to questions.
Overall, a very good experience.

Great ski condo
Had my family birthday celebration and the condo was perfect. Close to town and easy to ski to / from. Little things like having the house stocked with foil, sandwich bags, spices, etc really made a difference. Communication with the owner was consistent and clear.
